As soon as my friend and I walked through the door, we were greeted by Israel. Who is a super friendly guy! Katy was the piercer who took care of us, and she was great. I had my heart set on a rook piercing, but Katy took the time to explain that my ear's anatomy might not be suitable for it and that it could lead to rejection or improper healing. I really appreciated her honest advice! She kept us in the loop throughout the whole piercing process, letting us know what she was doing and what to expect. I definitely plan to come back to see Katy for my future piercings - she's the best!
