Theres still a few more artists there I need to get work done by, and I plan on continuing to collect Dead Gods tattoos until I run out of room on my body!

After moving to Oregon a few years ago, my journey to finding the right tattoo shop began. There are many great shops provided by the PNW, but none come close to the experiences I have had, and continue to have at this fine establishment. Walking in the door and being greeted by the lovely front desk staff already makes you feel welcome and at home. Their knowledge and understanding of their artists and guidence to helping you get the best experience and final product is incredible. Once they fit you with the right artist for your vision, thats when the real magic happens. You meet the wizards that are responsible for conjuring some of the most beautiful art your mind could imagine. My first consultation was nothing short of magical. I got to meet the ever-impressive, Brandon Hildebrandt. His warm smile and nerdy surroundings had me comfortable and content. His ability to take referrences and make them come alive on your body, is second to none. I was so satisfied with my tattoo, I made a vow to collect more of his work. Brandon had then recommended his co-worker for some future ideas I had spoken about and had in mind. I didnt quite know what I was in for when going through the insanely out-of-this-world talent that is, David Goldstein. The original artwork of this alien-like being, can only be described by your worst nightmares and crop circles. After seeing his imagination on paper, I soon became a client of his as well. For this project, it was dealer's choice and he delivered a piece that was absolutely stunning.
I have been coming to this shop for over two years and it is filled with plenty of diversity and just straight up killers in the game. From the front-desk, to the artists and the head honcho, Joe Skram himself... this is THE BEST shop you are gonna find in Portland, and probably the whole PNW.
I feel confident in saying that, as I get compliments everywhere I go!

Had a fantastic experience here with Tyson. Communication was timely throughout the whole process from consultation all the way up to last minute verifications the day of. Tyson made the process easy and enjoyable throughout the whole experience from the moment I arrived until I left and left. Incredibly pleased with the results. Tyson absolutely nailed it! One of my favorite shops in the state. They do amazing work and premium coverups too. Definitely give this shop a go if your looking for quality artists who know their stuff. I was sold on my first piece when I got Matt as my artist and bring all my work I want done to them now.

I have been seeing Joe at Dead Gods for the past year as he has been tattooing the most beautiful sleeve on my arm. He has totally blown my expectations out of the water. He is incredibly talented, creative and professional. Once my sleeve is done, I plan on starting my other arm. I could not recommend Joe or his tattoo shop enough and would never consider going anywhere else.

One of my friends has a back and thigh piece from Joe that I fell in love with and figured he'd be the perfect person for my deep sea sleeve. I wasn't wrong, the sleeve is friggin awesome.
All of the work I've seen come out of the shop is just kick arse. I'd recommend the place to anyone. Good vibes, really nice crew, convenient location and the prices are below market value for what you get.
