I always have a great experience here. I've gotten all my facial piercings here. They are always nice and explain aftercare. I also got my daughters ears pierced here and they are so great at making sure they are comfortable and explaining!

I had a tattoo done here a number of years ago. The artist I had was awful and I ended up stuck with something I really don't like for the rest of my life. They knew it was my first tattoo and the guy pressured me to get something of his design, rather than what I actually asked for. I was young and thought the professional would know what would look best. Clearly not the case. The artist then proceeded to take so many smoke breaks during my session that it more than doubled the time it would have taken otherwise. I also had attention drawn to some scaring I had by another staff member (I think he was staff anyways) that entered the room during the session, making me super uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, I tried to use my debit card and was told for the first time that they only took cash. Definetly should have said that before my session as this isn't very common. Overall, terrible experience that completely put me off of any future tattoos unless it's a cover-up, which I don't even think is possible with the awful work the artist did. Terrible experience from beginning to end that I have to deal with the reprocussions of daily. I have since been told that the original work I wanted would have been completely possible and there was no reason for the artist to say it was, rather than them not personally being able to handle it, which was not what they told me at the time.

I went to High Priestess to get 3 cover ups done in the same day. James was amazing! He was super kind and patient with me and his work was amazing! He really took the time to discuss my needs and expectations as well as explain his suggestions so I could understand where he was coming from as an artist and he answered all of my questions. He had a great touch so even the worst parts felt gentle and bearable. I made a lot of friends there (everyone was really nice and approachable) and I would recommend him to anyone. Super proud of the job well done! 5 Stars!

Went with a friend to get her tattoo done. Had my done here a few weeks ago. They switched me artists last second. Still a good job on the tattoo so my complaint isn’t with the artists.
However... Girl at desk with purple hair is one of rudest persons I’ve seen in customer service. We ended up leaving simply because of her attitude. Sorry Heather, she lost you business.
There are higher quality establishments to go to in this town. Don’t sell out to a corporation. Support your local artists.
