The whole business is so sketchy and the owner and workers are forgetful and unprofessional. I just spent the last two days just trying to get a simple small tat and had the last straw when I showed up at 10:30 this morning with the business not even open (when the hours say they are open at 10) and when I called they told me they were all at Safeway getting food, nobody wrote my appointment down apparently and that they could “fit me in at noon” so I just gave up. Exhausting and creepy to work with them. Go to Jackson Street tattoo instead please not these guys

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a negative experience. My fiancé and I wanted to get tattooed on his birthday, she was snobby about us asking for a specific day. When we arrived exactly on time, she was out to lunch and we had to wait nearly half an hour for her to come back. Both of our tats were geeky but she only made fun of mine, asking why I wanted to get a movie logo. Didn't follow my designs AT ALL for either mine or my fiancé's tattoos. Only highlighted my fiancé's because he asked her too. Didn't fill mine in (it's supposed to be a moon but you wouldn't know because it's skin colored). Rushed through both, only spent an hour total on both of our tattoos. Dug the needle so deep that it disappeared in our skin. I felt light headed from how much it bled, and my back piece which took 3.5 hours was nowhere near as painful as this tattoo. When my fiancé confronted her for doing a horrible job she was rude and didn't care that we were unhappy with her work. Kept asking when we were going back for touch ups - how about never?

Too bad there is nae a negative amount of stars to be given. After two attempts on me eyebrows I now have two radically different colors on me eyebrows and lines and dots. I have never seen such a mess. Isidra wishes to make a third attempt to make them the way I want. She didnae listen the first two times; do I really want to take another chance? No refunds either. I think I will just keep them as they are and let others see what a great job she did. She assures me she honors her work. I'd like to too.

I had beautiful mistake in cursive put on my arm by rob he did a great job drawing it up and tattooing it i dont know why people are talking bad about them they did great work and where clean and very nice about it going in today for another one they are very fair priced

Owner is extremely mentally unstable. Has 2 different personalities, behavior is extremely erradict depending on the day. If shes having a bad day, good luck getting anything better than a street artist could do. This shop wont last long. She was at every shop in town here in Anchorage Alaska.

Called them hoping they could get my wife in atleast while her best friend was in town crazy thing was they had a walk-in opening for them right then and there.. and the tattoos they got look amazing.

This shop treats the clients very unprofessionally. They schedule appointments but close the shop and don't even call to cancel, apologize nothing! Don't reward her bad behavior, use a real tattoo artist that cares.
