Kyrsta was AMAZING and I'm so happy with the finished product, it's gorgeous! She and everyone else in the shop where very nice and funny! Recommended to anyone that wants quality work at a good price.

Went there and was welcomed right when I entered the door. They walked me thought what I wanted and we were able to put my own touch to it. Then the appointment was set up in order for me to reflect and make sure I was really ready to get inked. Once we started I got light headed and they were more than happy to wait till I felt better. They also got me a soda and some candy to help me out. I highly recommend this place and if your looking for a great artist go see Tommy Majors.

We worked with Jeff, he did my wife's birthday tattoo and it was amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The shop was very clean easy to find well worth the money

Made an appointment to have a consultation and the artist Thomas Prochaska never showed up and the woman that answered the door just said he stepped out and slammed the door in our face. Definitely won't go back or recommend to anyone else

I love this place. My tattoo artist Christina is AMAZING. Shes been working hard for the last couple of months on a cover up with me. 2 more sessions and we will be complete.

I cannot put my support for this shop any longer. The management of this shop has zero customer service skills nor any kind of common sense about managing people. People who want to earn a living work. The artist should be in touch with his clients at least weekly, whether they are tattooing that person or not. Some one needs to teach you all the meaning of scheduling, setting appointments, being at work to take care of your customers. Not throw a fit because someone chose to come in looking for new work, when the artist decided not to come to work and someone else completed the correct customer service and took care of the customer. My money, my time, is just that, mine. And if I go to a shop to get work done, and the person that worked on me before was not in the shop, that's his loss. I am the customer, I'm the guy with the money, wanting work done, I don't belong to anyone. The person your shop terminated because they took care of a customer, you know, the ones that pay your bills, was at work, someone else wasn't, so they took care of that customer. Im sure he will continue to use your shop for the work that he wants done. But its a sad day when someone gets terminated because someone decided not to be at work or have any concern for his so called "client" stopping by. I will never again use your shop or your artists for my continuing work. I can't support a mis-managed shop such as yours. If you can't manage your people, makes ya wonder what else isn't being managed. Cleanliness, sterilizing procedures, equipment. Might want to rethink who you terminated and your reasoning for it.

Cindy was exceptional at adding color. I will be back to have her clean up an old tattoo and I want her to do my next one else. I can't say enough about how great her work is!

I love oming to hot rod betties. Every time I have, I have been treated respectfully always gotten the kind of tattoo that I wanted they're very careful to make sure it's exactly where I want it and the size and they have no problem readjusting anything so when you walk out of there you walked out with a really good tattoo. And if you don't it's probably our own faults. So I would rate tattoo Betty's as a 10
