Dropped in on a whim to pick up a new set of earrings on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were busy but welcoming and put us in their queue. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and happy to check sizes on several pieces to help us make our final decision. My best friend and I came in for some bonding time. I got my Conch pierced and she wanted her nose done. We got some late night after work appointments with Jess and we couldn't be happier. She was super sweet but had juuust enough sass in her to be hilarious. We had a great time hanging out with her while she pierced us. She was also super thorough and clean. Scheduling was super easy, business replied promptly via email and was helpful as to what services I should book for the set of ear piercings I wanted to get. My piercer Jessica was amazing! She made me feel very at ease through the process and did a phenomenal job. She worked with the anatomy of my ear to determine the best placements and was upfront and knowledgeable when explaining what would work well and why. I’ve had two tattoos and I believe 3 piercings done at Skin City, they are always so kind and professional. They answer all of your questions and are honest about whether a certain type of piercing will work, or in my case today, won’t work. My eyebrow piercing really struggled to heal and started to reject, Megan was really honest and told me that I could try to downsize it, but it would be best to take it out. I appreciate you guys.
