Everyone is friendly. Everyone is talented. They are always clean, give you a handout for care instructions once you are done, and they take walk ins and reservations.

Some very talented, but veryyyyy difficult to work with staff. Artist did not respond to me on 3 different occasions (via email, dm, phone call), all of which resulted in missed appointments or indefinite delays. I love the skill of these artists, but if you can't manage to respond to your customers, you will lose them.

Very friendly and fun staff and i am more than happy with my experience and my Tattoo of course. I would recommend highly. Got a tattoo as a gift from a friend and i wasn't sure how i wanted it but they talked me threw the concept and it came out great. My artists name was Aaron and this may not be the most advanced tattoo ever but he made it into something I'm proud to have on me
