This is the worst experience at a tattoo shop I have ever had in my life. There is no professionalism there and everyone there has a horrible attitude and does not take accountability for there work when it is not done correctly. I went to this tattoo shop one time and waited 3 hours for a very important memorial tattoo of my mother and beloved sister, the artist Lindsey was very difficult to work with she is very argumentative and she is completely unprofessional. She did not care about the work that she was doing on my arm and how important it was to me., she had no passion and completely destroyed my tattoo. She charged me 100$ and hour for a messed up tattoo. I paid 600$ for a tattoo that is not complete and that I am very unhappy with., this tattoo was the most important tattoo on my body And noone in the shop Will offer me any help without me paying for it again. I have been ripped off completely by this tattoo shop and it has left me in tears for months. I originally did not want Lindsey to do my tattoo anyway. I was waiting for one of the guys. But I was pushed off to Lindsey as if they didnt want to tattoo me. And now I have a horrible tattoo that I am not proud of that was very expensive and incomplete. And no body cares. These people dont care about the customers. They only care about money. They dont care about there craft and scares that they leave on you for the rest of your life.. I am a professional I cut hair for a living I take pride in what I do. And I care about how I make people feel., hair grows back. Tattoos are for ever. I would never recommend anyone go to this shop. These people are cold heartless and could care less about you. Only your money is what they care for. They are very rude and nasty. And there not as good as everyone thinks. There are better artist out there. Take it from me dont waste your money on a bad tattoo.😒😢👎....
Please I do not wish to argue or fight with anyone. how do you know how I was treated.? Where you There at that time??. Because I don't remember ever talking to you at all. There is absolutely no reason in heaven or in he'll why I would want to lie about anything. I have nothing to gain. This is the experience I had there period. You dont know how much money I spent with her. And I am not going to take one moment of my time to read anything that you post. When a customer is unhappy with a service all you need to do is be professional and apologize for the experience., but as usual you want to argue., nice... That is perfect☺. Believe what you want. I will humble myself., I expect you to defend your shop and the unprofessionallism there.. It does not mean that I am incorrect.

I called to make an appointment; when they checked who was working, I heard one artist say he was but was booked. Another artist replied he was working as well... but I was told I couldn’t make an appointment, given the hours and told they accept walk-ins... I was confused so asked come at any time? He then told me to call that day to see... so I can’t schedule an appointment but call that day to see if I could be fit in around appointments...

Friendly atmosphere and staff, not denying that…but I went and got my tongue done and it’s visibly not center plus I’m pretty sure he hit a nerve :’(
