"Triumphant arts tattoo studio is a comfortable, clean, secure tattoo shop where anything less than perfect is unacceptable. You can call or walk in to schedule. We have plenty of parking and easy access from Steubenville pike. We are available everyday if the week and are at the shop from morning to night. We invite you stop in and say hello!!!! We are happy to be a part of the Pittsburgh art and tattoo scene, as well as the community of Robinson. Owners Anthony Frank and Aaron Troy are patient, dedicated, and experienced artists who cover all the styles of tattoos you want. If the lights are in, come in and enjoy the artistic atmosphere!!!"

Such a great place to get a tattoo. Both guys work absolutely speaks for itself. Nice,clean, and friendly shop in a good location. Everyone was amazing and I would love to get another tattoo there. I drove over an hour to their shop. I had many other places to choose from but wanted top quality. I was not disappointed.

I highly recommend this studio! There is an artist for every need! I recently got a piece done by Angel Silvasy! She is an amazing artist! And replies to messages very promptly! Everything is so clean and it’s a very friendly atmosphere!

Looking at his portfolio he is a very talented artist. After finding out he reused a custom design a year later I would never recommend anyone to use him unless you like spending months to design something original only to find out he is putting it on other clients. At least give credit to where the idea came from and don't block her when she points out the obvious.

Finally, the stars aligned and I was able to get tattooed 2 x by the infamous Tony Frank. It was a long time in the making but saying it was worth the wait is an understatement. I’ve been getting tattooed for 26 years: other states, other countries, other local artists but Tony is by far top notch. He’s process is fascinating to witness. The jumbled ideas I had in my head Quickly came to life after he got out his computer and started intertwining Images. I don’t know how he did it but he customized exactly what I was looking for. It is a very “beautiful mind” moment when you watch him create.
I find him to be light handed, creative & super professional. The building is pretty cool. Lots of the artists prints adorned the walls. Tons of good light. Comfortable sitting areas. It’s very clean and incredibly spacious.
