I was having a ton of problems removing jewelry. The piercing was stuck and after a year and a half of trying to take it off myself, I finally sought out professional help. Everyone in the shop was friendly and happy to help. Took a few attempts to get the jewelry loose but everyone was gentle and talked through what they were doing the entire time. Service was exceptional, studio and practice were clean and efficient, and I am extremely happy with the results!

Great experience as a walk-in today. Glenn (piercer and tattoo apprentice) was lovely and professional while he tattooed me and pierced me and my partner. Super friendly atmosphere, spotless shop, very good work all around. Drop Of Ink will be my new go-to for body mods in the Cumberland valley!

I got a collarbone tattoo today from Dust and I’m seriously in love with. I contacted him after coming across his Instagram and he got back to me super quickly. He designed exactly what I wanted and was extremely professional in telling me any problems he saw during the stencil process so we could adjust the tattoo before we started. I’m highly satisfied with his work and will definitely be back in to have future work done by him! The shop is also extremely clean and very well run.

We went into Drop of Ink for my daughter's ear piercings the other day with her Grammie in tow. Glenn did a great job with my daughter. He was very approachable, personable, and professional and explained everything as he went along. The shop was very clean and comfortable. In addition, other staff made it a point to engage my mother, who was in the waiting room, in conversation and to make her feel welcome and at ease. Impressive in all aspects!

Glen is great! He was extremely professional and calming when I came in for a couple piercings. He’s been easy to get a hold of to ask questions and make sure the piercings are healing correctly. I’ve dealt with rude and snappy tattoo artists and piercers so it was great to work with someone who’s considerate and chill. If you’re getting a piercing, go see Glen!
