I was a walk in client today instead of my normal appointment visits. When I called (on a monday) they were able to get me in within my time frame. There's a large waiting area with enough seats for two larger families, and a few single chairs throughout the area. I was able to send a refrence picture to the phone number they have on Google, they drew it up, and it came out great. This was my first time at this shop, and I would definitely recommend them.

I had maurice as my tattoo artist, and he was very nice and made me feel confident he was going to give me a beautiful tattoo. Which he did! I got a 4inch long colored rose on my outer thigh. I felt very comfortable and he was very patient with me and my friend that loves to talk and talk and talk. I've been to iron tattoo a few times as a guest, and every tattoo I've seen so far has been beautiful. For my first tattoo, I have to say my experience was perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone that doesn't know what shop to trust.

Scheduled an appointment the week prior on the website and received multiple confirmations for it. Arrived early and mentioned I had an appointment at the designated time. Waited a half hour while my friend finished her appointment only to then be told mine would not be happening because the artists “friend” had an appointment booked for the same time. No notice in the few business days about my canceled appointment until I had already been at the venue for 30 minutes.

What else can I say other than mauriceand his group of guys are artists at what they do. I have had multiple tattoo's at different places but after my last one done by maurice I will never go anywhere else. Walk-in service was great. Customer service was great. It was a great atmosphere with a great vibe and great people. The shop is a great open floor plan that is very clean and well set up. I will recommend iron tattoo to anyone looking for a great tattoo.

I've gotten multiple piercing here and they've all turned out great. I've never had a complaint or complications with my piercings. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Maurico, he's the best !

Online booking does not work. When I showed up for my 'scheduled' appointment, staff showed confusion. Showed them what's I was looking to get done and was treated poorly as well as scoffed at. Would never go back, plenty of other places to go to in the area. There is no excuse for poor service in today's day and age.

Very nice and clean. I got my nose done and it wasn’t as bad as you think. Or your mind let’s you think. I also got my lip and nipples done to update. I think it’s safe to say this is my go to place.
