Man, this place is the best. I just got my favorite tattoo today from TJ on my sternum. Super professional (especially considering it being a sensitive spot) and kind. Good vibes only. I would highly recommend.

Asked for a consult via email on August 3rd, was happy that someone got back to me on the 4th asking for more information. Sent back the requested info that same day and then on the 5th I was asked for a reference photo. I sent that over immidiately and have yet to hear from anyone regarding the tattoo.
Reached out 9 days later on the 14th asking if Justin has an update. It's now another 8 days after that and 17 days in total since I've heard from anyone. Pretty horrible customer service all around. I wish I could rate the facility or work done, but unfortunately I'm not going to have the opportunity to do that.
