Stay True Tattoo

Such talented artist work at this shop! Mike makes the atmosphere very comfortable and clean. McKenna did my tattoos and I have and will be returning!

I cannot say enough positive things about Stay True. I had a patchwork sleeve done by Chiah and she is absolutely awesome - great service and care, awesome tattoo work. She even did some freehand and they were great. Mike is awesome very welcoming and offers up recommendations when you are looking for them. I also had a tattoo done by McKenna and she did a great job as well. You cannot go wrong with any artist at Stay True - very professional and great artists!!

If I could give these guys ten stars I would. I've been tattooed here several times now and will sing their praises til the day I die. Immaculate work by some of the best people you'll meet.

Love their work. The amount of skill they have is commendable. In 5 minutes Mike drew my tattoo just the way I wanted and the amount of precision 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you.

So I do not even know where to begin with this review..
I never had a tattoo and I have always wanted one! So I was looking to get my first! I looked around for a good while. No one would get back to me. Then I went to look in my home town of spring city and found several tattoo parlors on google. No one had anything to show for until I found stay true tattoo.
They really stood out with their website, it was incredible. And this made me feel So much more comfortable. Seeing the amazing space they have and incredible work they do but most importantly how much they care. Their website is so easy and accessible!
Anyway, long story short, I submitted an easy online application and they got back to me the next day. I got a nice warm email from mike asking me more about what I wanted and how he loved the tattoo I wanted ( which made me more excited about it!)
Fast forward to the day of my first tattoo. I decided on a half sleeve. I showed mike what I wanted, he drew it up, and it was so much better than what I originally asked for. Like sooo muuuuch better! Your tattoo artist knows best and it really shows here!

I started my tattoo at 12pm on Sunday and knew I would be there for awhile and that it would probably be boring and painful. But that really wasn’t the case at all!

Another thing I noticed was how nice and clean it is in there. I brought it up to mike, about the cleanliness, and he talked to me about how big he is on keeping a clean and safe tattoo parlor.Also, it’s not dark in there… it’s nice and light/bright/ happy.
Mike always makes you feel comfortable and has a great personality to talk to the whole time. He always made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times!

All in all, fantastic experience, Especially the fact that it was my first tattoo and it was a big tattoo! (Half sleeve.) Mike made it no problem, I couldn’t have been more comfortable during the whole process! Definitely recommend!

I posted on Facebook looking for recommendations for a tattoo artist to design and execute a piece I had been wanting for 2 years! Mike Brown with Stay True Tattoo received multiple recommendations so I gave him a call.
We discussed briefly what I was looking for. I sent him inspiration pictures and he ran with it!
Mike was so professional, courteous, meticulous, skilled and so much more. His shop was so clean and spotless. I immediately felt at ease when I walked in. Mike did such an amazing piece that I will cherish forever ❤️ I will absolutely be going back for more and telling everyone I know about Mike!

Stay True Tattoo is definitely the place to go if you want to get a great tattoo! The place is super clean and smells really good. It has a very relaxed feel and Mike was super chill and chatted with us the whole time. Mike was very accommodating for my friend and I. We did not have an appointment so we just walked in. Mike was about to leave but fortunately we caught him just in time. He was so nice and decided to stay to get our tattoos done. The tattoos came out just as we had envisioned them and we really appreciated that he took the time to make sure the tattoos would be perfect. I would definitely come back to get another tattoo. Highly recommend that you check out his shop!
