Staircase Tattoo

i recently downsized my nipple piercing jewelry. WORST experience. i got it done by the blonde woman, she used externally threaded jewelry with no type of lubricant and the first time she tried to put in my jewelry i was saying “ow!” and she stopped and said something that she was DISTRACTED! (she had the door open , and was looking out the door the whole time paying attention to other customers. i said it was okay the first time she hurt me . then she tried again , i was saying ow the whole time and she didn’t think to stop, AND SHE HURT ME SO MUCH , totally SCRATCHED up the inside of my right nipple by using that externally threaded jewelry without lubricant. not only did she seriously hurt me , the jewelry she gave me is too short for me and is too tight . wasted money i worked hard for on this . I would appreciate a refund

Leah is amazing! So kind and professional and puts you right at ease. She swapped out my threadless gem for my nostril piercing since my other one was too big and would get in the way. Will definitely go back to Leah in the future for all my piercing needs!

Leah is great! She takes her time to make sure placement for the piercing is right. I was getting my other eyebrow pierced, and she really put in the extra effort to make the other one symmetrical. Was also with my friend who got their first piercing, and they were really comfortable with her. I paid 160 for two piercings and a downside on another piercing. I feel that’s fair, especially considering I always tip. Thank you, Leah!

This place was fantastic. We did walk-in piercings about an hour before closing and they took us in no problem. Super nice people, and we'll be going back with friends soon!

Told me to come in a specific day and time. Was tattooing someone while on the phone when I answered (unsanitary). I walked 20 minutes to the shop just for someone rude to turn me away and tell me that the piercer was out on the day he told me to come in for a piercing. When I told him that they should’ve checked before asking me to come in, he said they didn’t have my number. Very disorganized and disappointing business. It’s not that hard to schedule someone for a piercing on a day the piercer is in. Jesus.

I got 10 of my tattoos here. Pacheco hands down is one of the best tattoo artists i have and always takes care of me since he knows i have a needle phobia and thats saying a lot. Check it out hes dope.

unprofessional. waited almost an hour for them to just tell us that the piercer isn’t coming. and their excuse? they’re just not here. after saying they were running late. DONT GO HERE . PLEASE

Absolutely horrible, prices were not listed anywhere in store, when we asked they said “ standard pricing but changes with jewelry” which we expected at most to be around $100 for my belly piercing and $65 each for the nose and ear piercings my friends were getting. The piercer only took cash or venmo and put prices into a handheld calculator before saying it would be $140 for my belly piercing and $180 for my friends nose piercing. When I asked how much my jewelry was she said $40 which means she charged $100 just for the act of the piercing, expensive but not the worst of the problems. The piercer gave me a floating navel piercing without consulting me, and when finished told me due to my jewelry I should tuck it to one side. After two weeks of heeling I soon realized she was trying to make it so I would not see that my piercing is completely off centered and crooked. When I went back to ask about the placement of my piercing I was completely ignored and then gaslit by one of the owners. They also did not wear masks even though this was during the mandate when I came back.

Great piercings from an amazingly detailed, knowledgeable, kind and talented peircer. I highly recommend coming here Edit: this is seriously the only place in town I'll go to get piercings. This place is awesome, the staff is awesome and the quality of work is better than most places I've been over the years

While the piercer that did my septum was super nice and helpful, the guy that made my appointment was truly unprofessional and rude. I had read the reviews before calling and quite a few claimed that this place did not have the best service, but I disregarded them thinking that as long as I got my piercing it was not really a big deal. However, there were several instances that caused me to regret this decision. When I first called, I made an appointment for 5:00pm on a Saturday. I made the appointment about a week ahead of time, so the day of I decided to call and confirm. When I called, the person on the phone said that I still had my appointment, but I should maybe come a little later. I agreed and said that was fine. I still showed up at 4:50 because I just feel it's good etiquette to arrive early to an appointment. When I explained the the guy working that I was there for my septum piercing and I had called earlier. He was a little rude and told me that he had told me to come at 6:00pm, which was way off of "a little later". I agreed to come back again in about an hour. I came back at 6:00pm, almost exactly and when I spoke with the same guy he got very upset and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. He claimed that he had told me 6:30pm and I was way too early. I tried to express that since he had said to wait an hour...I had done exactly that. He got frustrated with me and said that I still had a thirty minute wait and I was way too early. I had come with my friend and they stepped in and told him that no, he had said an hour and it had been more than an hour. After this he did not push the subject any further but told us to leave and come back in 45 minutes. After this I waited another hour before going back in because I did not want him claiming that I was too early again. Finally, I was able to speak with the piercer, who I believe was Leah and she was really great. If the guy working had simply explained that the piercer hadn't arrived or just bee

$120 for lobe piercings, outrageously overpriced

I had a great time..my tattoo turned out perfect.. I'll use staircase again that's for sure 👍👍

I didn't feel like the artist Perin that did my tattoo was very friendly. He charged 200 for a small butterfly tattoo and didn't add antenna. The tattoo only took 20 minutes but he charged 200. The color is already really dull. I now have to get it touched up eventually by another artist. The guy that did my daughters tattoo was really awesome. He did an amazing job

Tattoo from Perrin he did a few other pieces of work a flower that turned out good however this piece absurd. I recommend to you not to come here because of this. I had faith in someone and now I’m stuck with some trash on my arm that I wasted money on where I should have got what I came in for no problem since he said he was able to. Looking at these pictures it looks like a child drew it. I asked ahead of time if he could do this design and said yes when it should have been a no. He did use a stencil for most of it only did some free hand and it still came out like this. I never wanted to add shading of any kind outline was find but now I will have to get it worked on. Very dissatisfied and disappointed lack of care and effort is what I feel happened. I will never step in again.
