The vibe here is always on point whenever I come in. High quality jewelry and fantastic people! I won't go anywhere else for my piercing jewelry, especially for my plugs/tunnels. I've gotten pierced twice here now, once from Patrick and once from Candace. They are both fantastic! So patient and were both great with walking me through the piercing process to ease my anxiety. I saw Tiffany to get my nose pierced on either side of my nostril. I quickly learned that noses are by no mean symmetrical and she took time and care to be sure my piercing was as accurate as possible and appealing to my liking. She explained things well and took her time which I appreciated. She is a badass and I highly recommend her. I love my new piercing! :)

Came in here before and never had a problem. Just came in a few days ago for some more piercings, and had an appointment scheduled too. They said they couldn’t find my appointment, and that has happened before but they found it last time. There was a new lady at the front that I haven’t seen before, and she was one of the rudest people I have met at a tattoo shop before. The other girl that had been there before was nice before but also had an attitude and was incredibly unprofessional this time. They also said they had time to do two piercings but only did one when the other piercing i wanted was just a nose piercing that would have taken less than 5 minutes to pierce as its self explanatory. I am never coming here again, as it has some of the worst service in any tattoo shops in that area and are ripping people off by overpricing their piercings. However, the piercers there, Kinley and another girl with dark hair, were super sweet and professional.

Got my septum pierced by Patrick and it was a really great experience. Clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Will definitely be back.

Maya is highly recommend, I really like the private booth. If you have piercings must see the jewelry. The whole staff was really nice.

I have been coming to Bound by Design for over 10 years now. My preferred piercer is Tiffany Rose. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She never rushes, she always wants to make sure the piercing placement is great and just where *I* want it. BBD is very clean, very professional, and they have a large selection of jewelry, both to get pierced with and to just get extras!

Eric was great! He was great at communicating and did an awesome job on my tattoo. His recommendations were spot on and it came out awesome. Very painless and he followed perfect infection control.

My brother-in-law and I wanted to get tattoos together and had such a great experience here! Erik made the entire experience so great, from discussing design to the booking process to getting the actual tattoos. He is so kind and respectful and really honored the ideas we had. Had a great experience with Patrick for an earlobe re-piercing. He was able to just open it back up (I was shocked—thought it had been closed for 10 years!) Their jewelry is also high quality and has been great in my very sensitive ears. I’ll absolutely be returning here in the future!

Full of white artists who don't know how to tattoo melanated skin. Especially Harry. He straight up told me that blue wouldn't look good on my skin lmao. Avoid like the plague if you're not white- there are plenty of other shops in Denver that are full of talented artists who know how to tattoo POC, and don't come up with lazy excuses when you ask for color.

I’ve had Alissa do several of my tattoos and they have all been done so wonderfully. She’s professional and timely, and she does great work. Highly recommend her for your next piece of art!

I love going to Bound By Design for my piercing changes. They are always sterile, quick, gentle, and have great recommendations for changes.

Candace is always very professional, clean and friendly. I've known her for a long time and she knows her job. She explains everything to you before, during and after your piercing. But, what I LOVE most about Candace is how gentle she is. You're in and out of there before you know it. Pleasant environment, friendly staff. OVERALL - A++. They really did an amazing job with my piercing. I figured it was a nicer place to go so I chose this place because I wanted quality, and they actually exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier! It's a classy place and they provided good privacy.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and friendly - from the person who checks you in (and ensures that despite all the weird internet names for piercings, you've booked what you want) to the person who actually pierces you. Tiffany did my conch for me and I have to say it was both the best piercing and so far, healing, experience I have ever had. Knowing that they always have a piercer there for questions or troubleshooting is so reassuring.

Got my belly button piercing here last week. I'm happy because it's healing very well and I assume because they were very sanitary but 4 stars because it's uneven lol
