I had an amazing experience! I was arriving a little late and gave them a call and they were very understanding. When I arrived, my artist Casper was ready to go with the designs, and even made a second design on the spot when I requested another look! During the session he was super understanding and even let me take an extra break. When it was done, Sky helped me out at the front to finish all of the other work. In the end, it was amazing, and I will gladly go here for my next tattoo!

I got tattooed by Long and it was the best first tattoo experience I’ve had and I’m grateful for it! He was knowledgeable in his work and also knew how to make me feel comfortable. My hands were hella clammy despite my tattoos being on my hand (lol). I had ornamental fine line done on my fingers and they’re so clean and nice I’ve got nothing but compliments on them. I sent in probably 5-6 different pictures of what I wanted and he helped me figure out what would look good where since I’m very indecisive and guidance is always appreciated. I come back again in a few weeks to finish my hand and I can’t wait! If you are looking to book w a fine line artist or just in general, I suggest working w Long.

MAN, this place is the freaking best! This was my second tattoo and I received it from quite possibly one of the BEST tattoo artists, Long Ung. His attention to detail and line work on the smallest design (mine was a smaller tattoo) are second to none. He is incredibly meticulous, kind, patient, and, hands down, one of the most talented artists out there. A lot of people worry if tattoos are going to look good on darker skin, which is understandable; but GOOD tattoo artists work on ALL skin. So if you have skin, you’re good here! 😁 I’m thrilled with my tattoo!!! GO BOOK HIM NOW!!!! (But save me a spot because I plan to get MANY more tattoos from him!!!)

I had an appointment with Dom and she did awesome! This was my first tattoo and I decided to go for it by getting a larger one. She fully brought my vision to life and it was a comfortable process the entire time! I was well taken care of and she managed to finish a 2 session tattoo into one 10 hour session instead! I would definitely recommend this studio and will be back in the future.

Yeah... customer service sucks. Incorrect info given prior to bookinh and 60$ per ear for normal ear pericing. Also, must pay upfront, and if you need to cancel or request a refund it's a we will call you when we can. Sorry for the inconvenience. Go to celebrity tattoo or the guy on the corner with a pencil gun. Buy a ear piercing gun from a tattoo/piercing supply store and do it your self in the mirror. Don't waste your time here. I'll update the post and let you know how the refund goes.

Long story short, I had my sleeve done here and the customer service over the phone is severely lacking (not the front desk staff, but “corporate”). My tattoo artist left (as many others have as they were very unhappy there) and now, with the prices and terrible customer service, I have no reason to come back. This shop should respect its customers and artists more. 👎🏻
