Omg Dan is amazing! We are in LOVE with our TATTOOS 🥰🥰🥰🥰. My husband and I wanted to get ring finger tattoos. We called kinda late, 2 hrs before closing. Dan assured us that he would be able to ink us. I was blown away by his patience and understanding. Dan is so talented ✨✨✨. He and others in the shop were so friendly and kind. I would love to say I liked this place and im not someone who usually leaves bad reviews but I don't know how a simple tattoo can be done so terribly. It was supposed to be a simple crescent moon but it is almost a complete circle and the lines are very messy. The tattoo artist did one of my other ones perfectly in the same session that was way more complicated and it was of my dog but the moon one was terrible and now im going to another place to get a cover up.

Paid $100 deposit for a date with Ryan, the owner. Got into a car accident and was unable to make the date anymore. I was told by Mitzi that he would be booking after the new year. No problem, I reached back out then. Apparently he was booked for the year after I reached out and was ignored SEVERAL times and they then told me to book with an apprentice who was nothing like the style I had discussed with Ryan. Pretty much jipped me of my money and was so unprofessional. They think they are so entitled here. Any other tattoo shop is more professional and will treat you with decency.

I've been getting tattooed here for about 6 years. I needed to find a new artist since I moved from WV to CO. After doing research and going to other tattoo shops, this was the winner. Nate is the only artist I'll go to. He was so nice and has drawn up all of my tattoos exactly the way I imagined them to be. Ryan, the owner, is always so nice when I go in there. I had been to some other shops where they were not nice, said my design was lame and couldn't do it, and clearly didn't want my business. I'm glad that happened so I found this shop. I won't go anywhere else. I get constant compliments on my art and can proudly tell people to go there. Definitely go check this shop out, you won't be disappointed!

So nothing but GREAT things to say about this shop. I had an appointment for 09/25/2021 and I drove all the way from pueblo co, when I got there 30 minutes before my appointment I was told my artist was sick. I was super upset but then I was told I could still get tattooed by the shop owner Ryan. Even knowing it was his day off he showed up with no notice at all then he also honored my artist rate which made me even happier. Ryan took care of me, hooked me up with an awesome owl, if this doesn't show that he loves his shop and his clients I don't know what does. Will I recommend this shop yes with out hesitation. Thanks Ryan Kevin get well cant wait to see you in October buddy!!!! SN my pictures don't do this tattoo justice kind of hard to take these right side up with one hand

I called to ask about Friday the 13th deals and the lady was so rude about the fact they arent doing the deal they normal do. The phone cut out on her and she got mad at me because I asked her to repeat herself. Will never be getting any work done from this place.

Pretty bummed at my experience here today, I came in for an appointment at 3:30 pm and waited over an hour and a half for my turn with the artist. It was a small tattoo behind the ear and now looking at it, it doesn't look like the picture I showed at all...on top of that I owed the artist $100 total for something that took 3 minutes tops after having to wait an extremely long time...I'm super sad about this since my last experience wasn't like this. The artist was super nice but I mean I'm kind of disappointed with my result.

Please read this before you make an appointment. This is not on the artist because Eric the artist was amazing. This is all about whoever scheduled this appointment. We were told that we could come in about an hour early for our tattoo and then two minutes before we were there, we were called and told not to come because there was a walk in and gave us another new time. So we showed up at the new appointment time and were told it would only be a few minutes and an hour later we were still waiting. Taking walk-ins is fine but making them a priority before people who had an appointment and paid the down payment is bad business and very unprofessional. And on top of that the lady at the front desk was very rude over the phone and then pretty much ignored us and not get our paper work until the last second. She also had very terrible customer service, because she told us thank you for waiting but no apology was made to us about over booking the artist. When it’s her job to make sure that it doesn’t happen.
