Ive had work done on me by both Amanda and Katie. Both were great and took such good care of me. I loved my ink after it came out and they answered any questions I had. I will definitely be come back for more!

I’ve been going to Rowell for years! Ever since I got my first tattoo from him. This shop has a great atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They do good work there. They pay attention to a lot of the details. Make sure you check them out and book with them!

Kate Is the Worst. Other artists are great.

Engel was a joy to work with. Listened to my ideas with no judgement and came up with a great design. Highly reccomend Engel and Urban Element.

As highly recommended as possible! I have gotten tattoos from different artists for different styles of tattoos, including Ro for my most recent fine needle work, and Demian for beautiful script work. I have had the pleasure of knowing the Urban Element crew for almost 5 years now, and they have always been welcoming, professional, and are all so talented. I’ve gone to this shop many times and have always had a fantastic experience. The artist Amanda has done a lot of my art and it is STELLAR! Great line work, watercolor, and shading. Truly exceptional! Will be coming back again and again.

don't book a tattoo appointment from kate unless you wanna be scammed out of your money & treated like dirt.

Just got a gorgeous tattoo from Kate and it was an awesome experience! She was super open to my feedback throughout the process, paused along the way to make sure I was happy, and on top of that charged really reasonable fees. The shop itself is great and very welcoming. Would love to work with her again!

Katie did an amazing job on some small, thin line work sticker tattoos. She was extremely intentional with design and made sure they were in perfect placement for me. She was kind, respectful and we had a great time during my appointment. It was easy, and the least stressful tattoo experience I’ve ever had. She honored her Christmas deal for me in January which was so nice! I’ve also had so many wonderful compliments on her linework and tattoos! I will 100% have her do the rest of my sticker sleeve.

Kate needs fired immediately and doesn’t need to be allowed near a tattoo shop , and whoever is commenting defending her work needs fired as well … super unprofessional .

Although totally understanding of the issue Kate had with offering a Christmas special and not having a system in place to cap the amount of clients leaving her overwhelmed it does NOT excuse her behavior towards the people who tried to take part in the special ! Especially the part of having her friends harass those who had all right to speak out in regards to getting canceled last minute not once BUT twice. Also blacklisting a potential client for just asking for a refund after becoming victim to the Christmas special ordeal.totally unprofessional and although she seems talented I definitely won’t seek out her services and I’ll be sure my friends and family don’t to avoid that type of customer service.

Don’t schedule with Katie. She requires a $50 deposit, will reschedule multiple times before your appointment, then downright cancel without a reason the night before your appointment after ignoring your messages. Very unprofessional. No excuse for the way she handles paying clients. And no excuse for the owner to make light of the situation due to her being “only a year in the game.” Even with an influx of requests, if she can’t handle it professionally, don’t be a tattoo artist.

I don't understand why Katie would run a Christmas special and then force many people to reschedule the appointment just for her to cancel the appointment in the end and take over a month to refund somebody. There was no need to be rude as well

Kate does great work, but terrible customer service and will have her friends harass you on social media. Beware
