Welllll, i had to re evaluate my review on here now that I was almost done with a sleeve and leg piece. . Let me tell you. Frustrating! 16 sessions ( 6 too many)and over a year later......Louis canceled on me not once, not twice, or even 3 or 4 times. But 5 times..... come on. So unprofessional. I know people have things that come up , or kids get sick. That bad part was that I had a 1 hour and 15 minute drive to the shop and twice he waited until i was at the door to tell me. Not to mention I took a half day off of work. So inconsiderate. He owed me a touch up on each piece of my sleeve that never even got finished so I cut my losses. I decided to just go elsewhere and and pay someone else. I'm sure that decision saved me money. I could say a few more things but I won't. I'll just say I truly hope he can figure things out and find humility before he gets humiliated.

Evan Dooley does the most amazing anime tattoos. He is what I would call “the Kanye of color tattoos.” Super chill vibes in the shop. Everyone there makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. It really seems like they love what they do at Elite Custom Tattoos.
