Gio is absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I were looking to get custom tattoos, of her designs, so we set out looking for a shop. We visited five shops all over Jacksonville and were turned away by everyone except Gio. Once he and my wife got an idea about what she had in mind he sat down and started sketching and came up with a vague outline of what would turn out to be a beautiful tattoo! He then explained that, sadly, we wouldn’t have the time that day to get the work done and would we be ok with making an appointment? Of course we said yes! He was, literally, the only artist in five different shops to take us seriously so it was a no brainer. From that point until the day of the tattoo Gio stayed in contact with us asking for color references in his work, to get an idea of our expectations for the design. It all came together in a beautiful piece that I will, forever, be proud to have! Gio has a steady hand, an amazing eye for color, and was a good time the whole time! He would joke around with us, but in the times that he new that we were in pain he’d change the tone of his voice and ask if we were ok? Did we need a break? I am not opposed to being tattooed by this man again. Would recommend 10/10!!

I visited this past weekend for my first tattoo and I had a wonderful experience. Gio was the BEST!! He was polite, funny, and an out going person and I was really happy with how my tattoo turned out and the overall environment. The place was very clean, friendly and there was no wait to get in. I will definitely be back for more future tattoos!!

I had an amazing experience! My mom and I got matching tattoos on our wrist for my 16th birthday by David Cappella. He also did my mom’s first tattoo like 3-4 months before. We both had an extraordinary time. To be honest, I was excited, but I was also filled with anxiety, however, everyone there was so friendly and weren’t like the tattoo artist in movies (scary). What I love the most is that the people there were joking and kidding around with each other, I couldn’t go 1 minute with out laughing at something one of them said. All I can say is, if you go, they’ll surely put a smile on your face. 11/10 fun, comfortable, and once in a life time experience 😊

This is the only tattoo shop that I will patronize. The Artists have many years of experience. And there's rich history comnected to the business name.

Dwayne, "snaggletooth-Johnson" or whatever he goes, by tatt'd a band tattoo on my arm. He first told me he was going to using a stencil, ultimately his better judgement lead him to using rubberbands instead. Seemed like a good guy, probably needs some lessons in professionalism. I'll be touching the tattoo up after it heals.

Could not recommend this shop enough. David did all my work and did a great job. Everyone in the shop is friendly and welcoming, and they all do great work. Highly recommended

I waited 3 hours after showing the artist what i wanted. He then decided to tell me that he can’t do the tattoo. I canceled my appointment with another artist because he said he could do it. Time wasted. I dknt recommend this tattoo shop for anything other than line art and basic work.

The vibe in the shop is amazing. The artists are very polite and do great work. They work clean mine was even pretty quick. The artist who did my tattoo asked if I prefer he wore a mask, I really appreciate that he even asked let alone wore one. Thank you. Definitely will be going back.

Go get your tattoos done by Michael Saunders! He’s an amazing artist!! I had been thinking about getting two tattoos (my first ones ever) for awhile and I am so happy that I walked in and met Michael! I set up an appointment with him. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me to get exactly what I pictured my tattoos would be! What a great experience! I love my tattoos and am thinking about future ones! I will def. be back! :)

David is amazing, super satisfied with the quality and placement of my tattoo. I came in with a reference picture of what I wanted, & David made it look 10x better on my skin.
