When I visited Heidi’s it was a great experience and not even just the tattoos! The personnel was awesome, and all had great personalities! They were on time , and got the job done within a reasonable time! I definitely recommend if you are looking to get any sort of tattoo or piercing done! They only have a 5 star rating scale but I give it a 10/10!!!

Worse piercing experience! *Update* My piercing was removed after medical attention. My infection was severe I was in the hospital for 3 days because of a piercing which the incorrect jewelry size was used. The hospital confirmed my ear was so swollen blood flow would have stopped had they not taken out the piercing. Also the response of the General Manager states I received after care instructions other than the piercer telling me to “use saline”. Only words from her mouth, I understand you are trying to save yourself and look good based off this review but do NOT lie. *Original post* I am very shocked to have to write this review. Miss Heidi’s is a well known and respectable parlor. I think that only goes for the tattoo aspect. I have a total of about 20 ear piercings in total and none have ever swelled up like this before. The piercer used such a small jewelry my ear and no space to breathe and swelled up. I was told to use only sterile saline when in the past I’ve been told to use antibacterial soap (gold dial) from previous piercers. I trusted her because of the rep of the parlor. HUGE MISTAKE. I wouldn’t have written this review but my friend also had the same experience just a week prior to me. And in all honesty I thought my friends infection was self caused until just under a week later I went through the same pain. *photo reference The piercings done at this location are the stacked bottom two, not the healed conch. Don’t fall for their Wednesday sale! Save your money and health get pierced somewhere else.

I selected Miss Heidi's based on reviews. I was in town from Indiana and unfamiliar with shops. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was inviting and pleasant. My artist was not on time for my appointment. Once Marco did get started, it was a pleasant experience. The shop is top notch. I do, however, wish I would have been in a private room, instead of off the front lobby area. Sort of distracting.

Great place, very accommodating on short notice. There were 3 of us wanting tattoos to commemorate our vacation. They were able to get us all in on the day requested. Skye was our artist, and she was great! We sent her what we wanted, she gave us a quote, and we made our appointment. The location is very bright and clean. We would definitely recommend Miss Heidi's - and Skye in particular! A+ tattoo experience from start to finish.

Went into get a coverup piece done!! Immediately upon entry, I was blown away, very clean , and upscale!! I was greeted as soon as walked through the door with the most pleasant of people at the front desk, very professional and very informative… made me feel right at home !! Haven’t even had the chance to get a tattoo there , went twice to set an appointment never hear back from them and the girls that work they don’t have idea how to deal with public .. very rude and over price for the tattoo I wanted even tho I was willing to pay they never concrete an actual appointment , I feel bad for the tattoo artist that works in this place.

Top notch experience from initial inquiry all the way to the finished product. Work done by Pierre Burgos (doctorze) exceeded my expectations. I've had been following Pierre's work for a few years and after giving him a few ideas/thoughts/references of what I was looking for I just let him do his thing. Got my Industrial pierced by McKenna and they were phenomenal made sure to take in consideration the way my ear is shaped and found that the piercing wouldn't heal correctly with a bar, they showed me alternative ways to give the feel of an industrial bar without the bar and im obsessed with how it turned out.
