As I was getting some trophies at this place adjacent to Coco Loco's, I decided to pop in and discuss some ideas I had around two Memorial pieces I wanted done. Robert Madera was at the front desk. After discussing the two tattoos I wanted, and the different price points, I left. After leaving the establishment I was struck, somewhat surprised even, at how friendly and kind Robert was, and the exemplary customer service he exhibited. For that reason more than anything, I returned the next day and put down the deposit on one of the Memorial pieces I wanted displayed. Robert is a highly talented artist and is just good people, as were the other artists that dropped in to see the work he was performing. In fact, Lord willing, I'm going to return and get this Memorial portrait I've wanted done for quite some time. I highly recommend Coco Loco's Body Art & Design for all of your tattoo wishes and desires, they can be trusted!

Went for dermal piercing. Piercer was inexperienced but still gave them a try despite all red flags. Jewelry started to reject and we called to inquire about removal. The man who answered first was rude and condescending, the lady who answered second call very rude and talking over me. Finally got ahold of the actual piercer and she refused to remove because her coworkers have major attitudes and I didn’t allow them to talk to me crazy. Do not waste your time or money at this low quality non experienced establishment.

I took my sister here to get her nose pierced and I really enjoyed my experience here. Pinky was training and Ash was helping out but they were really cool, patient and informative. HAILEY WAS AMAZING. my brother and I were walk-ins pretty late and she still did everything to accommodate us and when i say this girl is talented, she is on a whole other level. she is so patient and kind, and had no problem with moving around the stencil for me a few times until we found the right spot. i cannot thank her enough!!! even post-appt looking through the other tattoos and art she’s done makes me want to come back like tomorrow and get more work done by her. me and my brother left so giddy and thankful we came across this place and had the luck of having Hailey as our artist. if you’re looking for someplace to go, definitely go here and book an appt with her. and if you wanna see her work go to her instagram @house.inks !!!

He said he had to charge what he did because a band is a hard tattoo and if he didn’t take his time, it would get messed up. Well, he messed it up… completely uneven and the tattoo has split on a wrist fold so I’m sure it’s going to scar… I used aquaphor as instructed and lotion as instructed…. oh, and he charged me an extra $20 on my card AFTER the 20% cash tip. Matt the tat or whatever his name is… I debated posting in case I needed to go back, but I only make mistakes once.
