I am more than satisfied with my experience at Riverside Tattoo. Everyone there was so kind, the shop was clean, and I just felt comfortable. I worked with Chelsea and from the beginning she was great! I will definitely be back.

First and foremost everyone is professional and gifted. The atmosphere was ideal and my artist Lydia was really nice and made sure I was going to love her design... no detail was left out. I'm hooked...

I had a fantastic experience getting an old tattoo worked into something new and fierce by talented John Judy. He took my inspiration photos and, after a phone consult, created the perfect design. I love it and have already scheduled my next tattoo with him! Also... the vibe of Riverside is fantastic! Very laid-back, welcoming, and peaceful... with elements of fun and joy everywhere. Highly recommend it!

I’m from out of state here for work and got 5 recommendations for Riverside Tattoo. Was able to make an appointment and had John due 3 tattoos and absolutely love them. He was fantastic and I strongly recommend John and this shop !

I love Riverside! The staff are such kind and cool people, and the interior is perfect. Would highly recommend! Very safe and affirming for queer and trans folks too! I’m trans and I always feel so seen there

Decided last minute while visiting Savannah to get a little memento tattoo. I was so lucky that Hilliary had an opening for the cutest little flash piece. The shop is beautiful and very welcoming to all, you can feel it as soon as you arrive. 100% recommend Riverside it would definitely be my go to shop if I lived in Savannah.

Riverside Tattoo is the only place I’m getting tattooed for the rest of my life- Lydia is crazy talented and everyone at the studio is friendly and kind and helpful.

I had a great experience! A very welcoming environment! My artist, Robyn, was so patient with me. Even after I had them move the placing 1,2,3,4….times. But we finally got it in the right place and I am so happy with how it turned out! Definitely recommend!

Chelsea was amazing! This whole place was just an amazing space to hang out for all three of my sessions. I love all the artists here but Chelsea is just so great and easy to chat with while you’re there. I’m seriously obsessed with my tattoo and her!

I can’t say enough about this place or the people who work there. I went in this weekend for the first time and everyone there is so friendly. Tattoo shops can be intimidating to walk into but as soon as I walked in, smiling faces and extremely welcoming! My appointment was with Chelsea and she was awesome. She listened and drew up the perfect tattoo for memory of my dog that just passed. I will definitely be going back and cannot recommend this place enough!

From beginning to end riverside was a great experience. It was my first tattoo and Lydia made me feel incredibly at ease during my visit. Lydia also brought my idea to life while infusing unique and creative style into the design process, as well as collaborating with me to come up with a tattoo that I will cherish forever. I highly recommend riverside tattoo. They have a team of highly talented artists and staff that will try their hardest to create an experience and tattoo that is truly wonderful for you. Thank you to Lydia for the amazing work of art and thank you to the staff and other artists that were so welcoming while I was there! Y'all are killing it!

3 because A. I was on time early even and the person I was scheduled with initially asked me to wait up to an hour later to get started because she was running late. I declined as it was going to make it too late for me. She was 15 min late to scheduled time. B. I was shown a sketch that was nothing like was discussed or shown as reference. I wanted a gnome and this was like a chubby barbie... C. I was scheduled with an artist whos own profile it says "fine line black and gray" and I like bright and colorful and I feel like one of the others who list bold/ color would have fit what I described better. I left in tears it felt like a joke....and I'm out $ for nothing. It's honestly probably not a bad place they have great reviews tattoos look fantastic.... Looks very clean in there so that's a plus... But I waited for months for this to get nothing... I guess my only suggestion is ask for pictures of the sketches along the way that's what I should have done.

This awesome artist (Lydia) deserves six stars. I am a relative newbie to tattoos, but, even beyond her being the exact kind of artist (she's incredibly talented) you would want doing one of your first tattoos, she was super patient and accommodating about the whole process. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable while getting my first two tattoos! Robyn was great and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend!
