Daniel did all my kids’ birth flowers on my arm. They are some of the cleanest lines I have ever seen. Since this was a big piece I was in the shop for a while. Staff are friendly and man are they talented! I saw different artists do several pieces and honestly I would go to any of them. Check them out! Would definitely recommend!

Staff was overall friendly. Came in with family for walk in appointments and they were very accommodating and got us in right away. Disappointed that I paid more for a tattoo than another family member when there’s took 3x as long and came out very smooth and symmetrical while my circles have uneven lines throughout the piece. My brother and his wife’s tattoos also came out very nice so I would just recommend researching your artist prior to

I was recently introduced to Olivia by my brother, who got so MANY tattoos from her. I always admired his tattoos he got done from her because the details was always 100! After years of deciding if i wanted to do a half sleeve, I finally decided to do it and went to see my brothers tattoo artist Olivia. From the very beginning everything went smoothly, from telling her my ideas to booking a time and date to get my tattoo done. When I came in for my appointment, the shop was immaculate. I filled out and signed my paper work and Olivia got right to work, there was no waiting around what so ever. Olivia was able to take all my ideas that I had and create a piece so beautifully that I left absolutely thrilled. Her work ethic and professionalism is amazing, so efficient in her line of work that I can't wait to get more work done from her. Highly recommended!!!

I was looking for a new artist and came across Olivia's work. I was very impressed by her line work and coloring and requested an appointment to plan a full arm sleeve. During our appointment she was an amazing mix of a professional and an artist. She listened to what I wanted while still respectfully asking questions and offering inputs. After all when choosing an artist you are choosing their ability and have to trust them. We worked together to come up with a plan and was surprised to find out she looked up pictures of snakes in order to try as accurately as possible to get the right movement in their striking pose to have an accurate look. I have loved every spot of ink she's since placed and have had great conversations while she works. The owner is incredibly friendly and just opened up their new location which is so much more open with great lighting. I can vouch for being a little uncomfortable around the piercer like the 1 star reviews say but he no longer works here so I hope those people update their reviews. The same with the negative reviews about the previous owner. Again nothing but good things to say about the shop and Olivia truly is an artist. At this time I still have one more session to finish my arm and can't wait to start on the next project.

I quite literally fly 2700 miles to get my art with Olivia. She customizes my pieces for me and my body, and I have never been disappointed. Her pieces are a work of beauty. Olivia makes the process seamless, checks on you throughout the process to make sure you are ok, and checks in after to check on healing. I will continue to travel to see Olivia until my body is covered! Mahalo!

Olivia is awesome. She’s professional, detailed, and so easy to talk to. I went in for half a sleeve and loved it so much turned it into a full sleeve. She’s done three more tattoos for me since then and exceeds my expectations every time. Highly recommend regardless of what you have in mind. She’s very diverse and talented. I got a tattoo from them and they were amazing! I haven't had work done in awhile, and Olivia made the whole experience awesome. She was very professional. I have previous work done from a long time ago, and she was able to blend the new tattoo seemingly into the old one. She made sure I was doing well while getting the tattoo. Went to schedule an appointment for a tattoo and they were able to take me as a walk-in! Shop was nice and clean. Royace was awesome! I will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Olivia was amazing! She is efficient, flexible, and SO talented. My aunts and I decided to get my late family member’s heart beat tattooed and Olivia accommodated each of our individual ideas. I will be reaching out to her for all of my other tattoos! :)

Have been calling for over a month and even went in person to try and get a septum piercing. I’ve constantly been pushed away cause the owner is busy or no one ever answers the phones. And when the phone is answered, I’m told the guy who does piercings isn’t there or they don’t know the schedule. Sounds like a great system we got going on here…

Horrible experience. As a parent I have every right to be present in a room with my daughter who is a minor. This person looked uncomfortable w/ attitude I asked him if there's a problem and it went south from there. This is referring to the piercing guy the guy with a fast mouth, short little guy with dreadlocks who is so rude and very unprofessional. Customer service is a ZERO. He looked like he hated his job and to top off with a nasty attitude and eye rolls. Would not recommend this place. I was validating about how rude and unprofessional he was being he replied " If you don't like our service you can leave " And obviously no one wants this kind of treatment. We chose to leave and when making our way out of the shop he was still mouthing off. Losing a customer is one thing if you own the business but this person just works there.

To start, this review does not reflect any tattoo artists in this establishment. This is geared towards the person doing piercings in the afternoons. Your attitude doesn't contribute to anything positive about your place of employment. Rolling your eyes and acting like we just ran over your puppy is really unnecessary. Your attitude towards us cost your establishment a customer. Fix yourself! You are in the customer service industry. It is pretty evident that your attitude is consistently bad if your competitors knew exactly who we were talking about the second I mentioned where we just came from. To the owner/management: Please dont do any favors for individuals who are not doing any for your establishment. Losing customers due to someone's lack of professionalism is not what your business needs. Knowing that we aren't the first people to complain is an evident sign that it might be time to have a change of staff.

My sister-in-law and I have been following Olivia for a while, checking out all her amazing work, and made plans to get my next tattoo done by her. She do an absolutely stunning job! I cannot express how amazing it turned out! Next time I'm in Ko Olina I will be going back to her shop for another. Thank you Olivia for going above and beyond my desires for this piece!
