These guys are dreat! Guided me in the right direction which meant that I didn't get my piece do e when I went in towards the beginning of my trip BUT....Aka drew up a great design for me to get on Maui at a sister shop they hooked me up with. Hopefully next spring I can get him on a good day for another piece.

I was visiting Hawaii about two weeks ago from New York when my friends and I had the idea to get a spontaneous tattoo. Within a few hours of calling the shop we were in there getting our tattoos. Anthony was extremely professional and friendly and did some amazing work. The shop was very clean and comfortable to hang out in while we waited. I am originally from Florida and am in Hawaii on vacation. My septum piercing jewelry fell out and I sought out the nearest tattoo shop to purchase another piece of jewelry and to have them put it in, since I don’t have experience putting in my own septum jewelry. I called to see if they were available to service me, but they didn’t answer, so I called an uber and went there anyway. The tattoo artist on site had mentioned that he was booked up for the day and was understaffed, so he couldn’t assist me in purchasing and inserting new jewelry but mentioned he would be fully staffed the next day. I completely understood and came back the next day. The same tattoo artist was there the next day I arrived as well as another employee who looked at me very perplexed that I wanted to purchase and insert a new piercing. The employees there seemed unwilling to help me and didn’t want to help me insert my piercing. When I asked how I would insert the piercing myself, the supposed piercer on staff looked confused and looked to the tattoo artist for guidance, in which he replied, “It’s super simple, you just bend it and put it in. I can’t help you because I’m busy but could’ve helped you yesterday night.” I was told to come back the next day because he was busy and understaffed. The employees absolutely gave me the runaround and weren’t helpful at all in assisting me. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience. At this point, the jewlery I purchased from the shop renders useless since I am unable to put it in myself and the fact that other tattoo shops will not take foreign jewelry to put in themselves. I’m going to have wait to come back to Florida to have my septum ring serviced. I just wish that I was given better service.

He was amazing! There were 3 of us and we called to see if he could get us in, we had appointments with another shop that just didn’t put us down, frustrating because that’s what an appointment is for and since we aren’t local we needed an appointment. He had some down time before his next appointment and did what he could before his appointment. He then waited late to finish all of our tattoos. He freehand drew my palm tree and my nieces whole tattoo and they turned out better than we could have asked for. 10/10 highly recommend
