My husband and I stopped by as walk-ins on the last day of our honeymoon. This was our first experience getting tattoos so there were some nerves and questions going in. Both Emma & Brian were incredibly accommodating & assisted with nailing down exactly what we wanted and making us comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better first tattoo experience. My color tattoo was personally designed on the spot and tattooed by Emma. She created a beautiful classic rose tattoo that I’m OBSESSED with. My husband was unsure of what he wanted but wanted to include traditional Hawaiian styles with a tiki. Brian took the time to ask questions, learn about his life story and designed an insanely detailed tattoo specifically for my husband. We’re both so so happy with our experience and will be visiting again when we’re back on island. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK THEM OUT!

So happy with my tattoos!!!!! I am visiting from out of town and booked an appointment with Emma on one of the last days of my trip. I have been wanting a tattoo of my great grandma’s original oil painting for years and she nailed it! I am so happy with how close it looks to the original, and the shading looks incredible! I also got one of Emma’s flash tattoos (the funky hibiscus). She has a whole book of her original tattoo designs that are unique and funky and make the perfect “add on” or standalone tattoo. Love both of these tattoos, they were the perfect additions to my sleeve! If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend getting a tattoo from Emma at Happy Yokai!

My tattoo is on my calf and my wife's on her ankle. We couldn't be more delighted with how amazing the tattoos turned out, especially as out of town walk ins where there's always a risk.
