I came for a septum piercing and it wasn't done well. He blamed it on my cartilage swelling, but this is crooked and pierced diagonally. He said this was the straightest he could get it. Also it wasn't pierced through the "sweet spot" like septum piercings are supposed to be, so it was very painful. They make you pay and tip before they even pierce you. I was able to get a refund though on the jewelry afterwards, so that is a positive.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes and even called them. There was a guy talking to a woman and he couldn't acknowledge me at all literally looked at me and kept talking. I heard people in the back room and no one came out to answer the phone. Horrible customer service!!

I will never come back to this place my ear was in pain for a month & it was so so so infected. This is the 3rd piercing I’ve gotten done here and it was either not straight or didn’t heal right.

If you are disabled you cannot get to the shop it's on the second floor which makes it difficult for anybody that might be handicapped able to walk and we found it very expensive just to get your nose pierced they wanted a $90 just to get your nose pierced it was 40 and then for the cheapest jewelry. but it looks very professional and very clean so if you have the money to spend and you can get up there they look like they know what they're doing

Had a piercing rejected then went back for help and got told to wait a couple days. Had to get piercing cut out of my ear. I used to trust them with all my piercings but now I am looking for a new place.
