Shaaaady people. The highly sought after artist here talked trash about other clients while I was being tattooed by the other artist. When I was trying to schedule an appointment the earliest date they had was one year out, and when I expressed hesitancy they coerced me into setting the appointment regardless. So I did. $50 deposit down—I didn’t sign anything saying this was non refundable. I wasn’t able to make my appointment so I cancelled in advance. They have denied my request for refund and ignored my emails. Extremely poor communication skills and very unprofessional. Go to timber hearth or forecastle instead.

Beautiful shop! so much gorgeous artwork and so clean but this review is for the tattoo work/communication/experience and specifically Hailee. Hailee is so friendly and kind and open to collaboration and truly, from 1200 miles away (our initial collaboration was through email), she absolutely got the tattoos my best friend and I were looking for. Small changes were made one we arrived but this girl is professional, kind, patient and very good at her craft. We love our tattoos. They have given us no problems at all. Healing beautifully. Hailey is such a friendly, welcoming and talented tattoo artist. My best friend and I came to visit Maine for the first time, (me from North Carolina and my best friend from Colorado) and scheduled our appointment weeks before our visit.
