David is amazing! I visited the studio for the first time in September of 2022, requesting a small black and gray sunflower, which David created. I loved my tattoo, but after a few months I decided that I wanted to add some color. I reached out to David and he made my sunflower even more beautiful. I also asked to add a little duck friend beside it, which he also did. Both are on my wrist, allowing me to share some of David's artwork with the world. :) Not only is David talented, he's also very kind and professional, making for a wonderful tattooing experience!

Had an ornamental sternum piece done by Nina. She was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and precise. Gave me breaks whenever I needed to catch a breath and asked me if I was ready before continuing. She worked quickly and steadily and had a great attention to detail. Knowledgeable about aftercare and healing process. Design was exactly what I wanted and incorporated the elements I had asked for while also being original. Highly recommend!!

I really wish I could give a better review… the shop is amazing and very clean/professional, but my tattoo experience was unfortunately lacking. As someone with many tattoos, I was very excited to work with Fae, and booked an appointment months in advance for a leg piece. This tattoo is my most expensive to date, and unfortunately has aged very poorly. I’ve never needed touch ups for my other work, but after one month I booked and paid for a touch up. Now, 6 months from my touch up, my tattoo is not only blurred and too deep in places, many lines are very faded and overall it looks less than stellar. It’s a shame since I had heard great things and was very excited.

Timber hearth is professional and very clean! everyone was super nice and engaging and i have nothing but good things to say about them! i recommend them to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

I recently got my first tattoo with Nina at Timber Hearth. From booking to aftercare, it was an all around GREAT experience! Scheduling with her was so efficient and easy, and she answered a question for me really promptly before my appointment. The space is such a vibe. I loved everything about the décor and ambiance, which really helped calm my nerves before the appointment. During, Nina kept me updated and kept me at ease and afterwards she couldn't have been more kind. The fine line work she did was incredible and I constantly am looking at my arm in awe. I couldn't recommend Timber Hearth more and I look forward to booking with Nina, or some of their other artists in the future!

This was my first ever tattoo. Actually, I got two on the same day. I am impressed with their professionalism. I was involved in the process start to finish. They were done beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate returning for another!

Highly recommend timber hearth, the shop is welcoming, clean and all staff is friendly and kind. I worked with Nina on two pieces she was awesome, she was patient with design and placement. She designed exactly what I was looking for based on our email correspondence! She was super friendly throughout the process and did an amazing job on my piece. I cannot recommend studio or an artist more than I recommend Nina and Timber Hearth!

David is such a talented artist, his work is top shelf. He makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. He's been the only one to tattoo me but I've seen the other artists work and it's incredible. It's worth the wait to get a tattoo from David, trust me.

This shop is astounding. The artists are all very nice and all demonstrate passion for improving their craft and continuing their education. As a nurse I am impressed by this commitment and the professionalism in their processes. The art speaks for itself and the studio is so aesthetic and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The best team of artists. The studio is so welcoming, they make you feel right at home. They book out in advance, but the wait is always worth it! I love all of the tattoos I've gotten here.

David is one of the greatest and personable people I've ever done business with. He not only is a wonderful artist but an equally wonderful person as well. He makes a genuine connection to his clients and puts you at ease. He has done both my second and third tattoos and I will never go to anyone else. I have gone to David twice now for black and gray fine line flower tattoos on my lower arm. From the start, David was very professional and made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities! In fact, this last time I just sent him one photo of the flowers I would like, and his vision was far beyond what I had even considered - and it came out amazing! His professionalism and talent are top notch and I highly recommend him to anyone considering a fine line black & gray tattoo! Photo is of the first tattoo (petunia flowers) as the second is still healing!

I cannot explain enough how immaculate the vibes are at timber hearth!!! As someone who is always nervous, I feel very comfortable in this space!!
