Me and my sister decided to get tattoos last minute, we looked up tattoo shops around Duluth that had walk-ins and we found Ghosthorse tattoo studio! Phil is very kind and personable. I was very nervous about getting the tattoo but Phil made sure we were comfortable and he takes his time and doesn’t rush the tattoo to get us out of the door.
