Voyageur was a very cozy spot to get tattooed. The artists working that day made me feel welcomed and at ease. I got a nice & crisp traditional tattoo by Kyle James, who made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire session and whose work is top notch! I am looking forward to getting more tattoos in the future at Voyageur!

I’ve seen a lot of Kyle & Charlie’s work around town and on Instagram. For trad work in the Twin Ports you can’t go wrong! Hoping to collect a few tattoos from them soon! Update* Both my wife and myself have gotten a couple of tattoos at Voyageur. We love them. A great space, comfy, calm, and professional. I got one of Charlie’s Grandma’s Marathon Flash tattoos and it was a great experience! The shop is very cute and clean, they created a great atmosphere. She was very professional and kind throughout the whole process, and even offered my friend advice for getting her first tattoo. Price was very fair and the linework is very clean. I will definitely be returning for more from her!

Kyle is a great artist very easy to work with

Very impressed with this new little shop Kyle and his wife have started. He is always consistent in his work. I love my new gator head he did for me. I am hoping to get a piece done from his wife one day. Thanks again!

Best tattoo artists in the area! I've gotten a full sleeve done by Kyle and another single tattoo done by him and they are by far by favorite pieces. I have 3 small flash pieces done by Charlie as well and they are the cutest. They're the nicest people and I've never felt more comfortable getting tattooed! If you're looking for some amazing traditional pieces with flawless line work and the best color saturation you've ever seen, go here!

Not only are Charlie and Kyle extremely talented tattoo artists.. they are also incredibly kind people that make you feel beyond welcome. I have gotten 3 tattoos from Charlie and I have loved every single one! 10/10.

Kyle has done four or five of my most recent tattoos and I won’t go anywhere else now. Always a friendly, laid back environment and his work speaks for itself. Charlie, his wife is awesome too. Best two artists in the northland!

Kyle has done all my tattoos, they’re all in red in different fonts which isn’t his regular traditional work, but goes to show how versatile he is. I get complimented all the time how perfect and vibrant my tattoos are. They really are as perfect as the first day i got them, no fading or bleeding of the ink. (have heard that red can be a tricky color). Really is a perfectionist.

Charlie did an ankle tattoo for me, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! She worked with me on the design until we found something I loved! I couldn’t recommend a better tattoo place in Duluth.

Kyle and Charlie are both incredibly skilled artists that have a true passion for tattooing. I know I can count on them for clean, beautiful tattoos every time. They’re both so kind and the only artists I’ll go to for traditional tattoos! Cannot recommend them enough, 100/10.

I have several Kyle James pieces and I will be getting many more. Excellent work. I would assume Chuck is on her way to that level as well, I've seen her work too, great stuff. You can't go wrong with a traditional tattoo from the James crew.
