I've gotten my naval and my right nostril pierced here. The staff are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well kept.

I have always had great experiences at TRX for my body art. My daughter also had her ears pierced here and it was a great experience for her, not scary for her at all.

Great experience! I went on a busy Saturday to get my ears pierced and barely had to wait. Staff was super friendly, even when I returned 15 mins later asking to have one of the piercings removed. For clarity, Zach had to work around old scar tissue when I asked them to re-do an old standard lobe piercing and my OCD couldn’t handle that it didn’t perfectly match the other side. I was even encouraged to come back in a couple of weeks to try again at no additional cost.

The only spot I get pierced at. Good Jewellery selection and special orders available. Piercers are super skilled and help with designing ear art plus tell you honestly what piercing are/ aren’t possible with your ear structure. I appreciate that they look out for the health and wellbeing of the customers.

Had a really great experience with Zach and the front desk when getting my septum replaced. He made the experience really painless and communicated really well throughout. I would definitely recommend coming here to see Zach for all your piercing needs!

They were so nice and so professional. I got a helix piercing and it took about 30 minutes. The piercer was super nice and walked us through the whole thing. Literally 10/10 experience

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Took my 7-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. The front counter staff was friendly and awesome to work with. Rhonda did the piercing and she was also amazing! Not only did she explain everything to my wife and me, but she also made sure my daughter was comfortable and understood how big of a step this was. Could not have asked for a better experience. Certainly looking forward to doing business again in the future.

What a great place. We were recommended this place to pierce our 6 year olds ear. It was perfect. They were all about her consent to do this. Made her sign her own paper work too. They smartly didn't have us pay until after the piercing in case the daughter backed out at any time. While in the room Zak made sure she wanted to do it and was talking to her most of the time. He was getting her a little mentally prepared for what was about to happen. She ended up getting both, squeezing a stuffed animal. And man does she live them. They do pierce when a special earring that is flat backed which is great for kids. They also have some certification for their practices and cleanliness. 1000x better than going to anywhere else, especially Clare's.

It was a bit more expensive than I'm used to, but Zach Powell was very friendly and did a great job with my nose. Also the atmosphere of the store was great! I'll be back.

Zach is the best piercer I’ve ever met. He’s funny yet professional at the same time. He made me so comfortable and had the best experience. The three ladies at the front desk were so helpful and patient and was helping me decide and I never felt rushed. Thank you for providing me a great experience. I’ll be back. ❤️

My brother and I had the pleasure of visiting this tattoo shop who was recommended by one of my clients Casey for our very first piercings the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and we worked with Zakk who did our piercings he was very educational about our piercings and very nice and professional thanks again.🥰

Cool little shop with a nice gift shop upstairs...and downstairs. I've never used their tattoo services but they look clean and the staff is nice.

I was microbladed by Xen and her apprentice Maggie. They did such a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and I am so happy with my results. Love my new brows and I highly recommend seeing Xen

I was wanting a specific piercing so I began checking a few shops in the area for piercings. One shop wouldn’t talk to me, another shop even recommended TRX while I was there. So of course I headed that way. I arrived at TRX and was greeted by friendly staff and was able to ask some questions I had. The piercers I spoke with were professional, gave me sound advice and complete knowledgeable answers to my questions. I returned today, again I was greeted by some friendly faces and was promptly taken care of. One of the piercers was there, remembered me and what I was wanting. We got the paperwork done, pierced then I was educated about aftercare. I was able to get some aftercare product while there and was on my way. Good job TRX! see you again soon.

Went to get our daughter's nose pierced. Super friendly staff. Piercer joked around with her to lessen her worries. Great experience. Also, huge jewelry selection.
