Came in randomly as a walk in, they were able to get me in right away. Friendly and professional. Trevor did my work, and he did an amazing job! Turned out even better than what I had in mind walking in. Will for sure be coming back! Need to get some better photos, these don't do it justice!

I've gotten 1 tattoo redone and then a sternum piece and they've always done solid work so since I always had a good experience here I wanted to go again so my boyfriend and I went a few months ago as walk ins they said they'd call he wrote our names and my number but didn't seem interested in what we wanted . We didn't receive a call so We wasted time downtown and decided to go home after a few hours Even when we went home we never got a call .which is strange but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt

I went to try and discuss a tattoo i found and i asked if i could talk to an artist. I got a look saying what’s wrong with you? I’m an artist. I was quoted 80-100 over email so i wanted to check and was told it was going to be 150 plus which is fine but the environment was snotty and uncomfortable. Will not be going back or recommending

Horrible service. I waited 5 hours for a walk in tattoo with my two friends (told us the wait would be 2 hours and we had really simple tattoos) and we were told after 3 hours we would definitely be able to get tattooed but then at 6 pm they said that was not the case. An artist gave us only 25% off the next day with “high priority” and then bailed on us the next day. Don’t waste your time. Just find a different shop.

I was a walk-in appointment for my very first tattoo. Josh explained everything from it will be about a 10 minute tattoo (it was actually 8 minutes) to how to care for it once I got home. I appreciated his sense of humor and care about me being a newbie. My tattoo is beautiful and I love it. I would definitely recommend Josh. He is a pro.

Called if this place took walk ins receptionist said yes 1st come 1st serve. Then hung up the phone so I called again I said I need a wristband tattoo, lady said come on in. I call the next day to confirm she hangs up the phone again. I call again and she tells me I’m not sure if this is a prank call and hangs up the phone. I actually go to the shop and I’m the 1st on the list. When she asked me what I want I explain and show her the wristband. She immediately said “Oh yea we wouldn’t be able to do that without an appointment” I said ok what if it’s not wrap around just the front she repeated like a robot and a rude way “we wouldn’t be able to do that without an appointment”. I walked out. Why tell me on the phone yes, have me drive 1 hour to your shop just to tell me no. Learn some manners too.
