My sister in law and niece received a memory tattoo today of their recent loss and the pieces turned out absolutely amazing. Joey took his time explaining and giving his opinion. His pricing was reasonable. During the time I was waiting there, I asked if he could fix a tattoo on my back that another artist said could not be fixed and he grabbed a marker and showed me how he could make my tattoo simply stunning without altering the full tattoo. I have already setup a session for my next masterpiece and revision with him. I can't wait to go back. Joey is definitely a great artist and I will refer everyone I can to him.. Hands down the best in Vegas!!!
