Wonderful experience for a walk in tattoo with Brett! Right when I walked in I was greeted by Aubrey (Pretty sure that’s his name) and immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The shop was very clean and Brett was accommodating and drew up a version of a peony that I found in his flash book, to fit the area I wanted filled. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and I look forward to going back!

called ahead of time and asked if they had time for two walk-ins, the person on the phone said all the artists were busy at the moment but we could come in an hour from then and there would be artists available at that time. we went in as soon as we got off the phone to ensure our spot and to look at the flash on the wall, long story short only one of us walked out with a tattoo and Brett was the artist who tattooed me, he was uninterested and quite frankly just off putting and stand off-ish. he didn’t shave my arm before tattooing and i didn’t realize (due to being so uncomfortable) until after it was already said and done and his shade work felt like he was sawing my arm off. no one really seemed to know what was going on and Brett was just not a welcoming person. a lot more happened than just this but that’s the gist of it. you can 100% tell this is a tattoo shop in a college/hipster town. 0/10 would not recommend and would give -1000 stars if i could. take your money and time somewhere else

Everyone here is good. I’ve gotten tattoos from 4 different people here and they all bang. Just got one today from Brett. I’m always impressed with how bright and bold they can get a tattoo to look and everyone is always friendly and easy to talk to. Best spot in Asheville for sure.

I've worked with Blake twice and I've never been disappointed. His work is phenomenal. He's very courteous and professional, he's gentle, and most of all his artistry and style are absolutely incredible. The shop itself is in a bit of a strange spot as far as parking goes so be ready to walk a block or two depending on when you decide to visit. The shop is very clean and boasts a cool and casual atmosphere that doesn't feel intimidating at all. Someone will address and help you soon after your arrival to handle paperwork or get you speaking to an artist as soon as possible; I think her name is Jasmine, is the woman who has helped me in the past- she's great. Everyone here is very friendly and professional, I've never heard an unkind or untoward word in my time here. Currently, the shop is still practicing COVID procedures, so be sure to bring and wear a mask when you drop by!
