First of all, Ronald is very responsive with every method of communication (email, text, etc), and has his schedule laid out online to book. The place itself is very easy to find within the Phenix Salon Suites, parking spots right in front of his shop. Great experience with piercing ears (very clean, sterile, one use tools, needle method, and we opted to use his medical grade titanium labrets with flatbacks). He'll address any question or concern you have. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Excellent price and service, he let me play my music and was very upfront about cost and time, this tattoo was my first and only took 30 minutes, and he was very helpful with it being my first tattoo. Love this place will be back!

I had a second lobe piercing done with Ronald three weeks ago. It was a very easy experience and I had zero issues with healing. I came back and had a small tattoo done and that also went well and I love it!
