the best shop out there! I received most my tattoos from lauren and could not recommend her enough. she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable throughout your appointment and makes getting tattooed enjoyable. everybody in the shop is super nice and makes it an enjoyable experience

Eric was great. My first tattoo was very peaceful and conversation distracted me from any pain. I went in as a walk in and I didn't have to wait long for Eric to finish the drawing and the whole process was probably 2 hrs. The studio is really calming, clean, and comfortable. Everyone was really friendly there.

I am not new to the tattoo game; over the past 36 years I have gotten my fair share and I've seen good -and bad- ink. BS&T does superlative work. Honestly? There are very few people in the world that I would let tattoo me more than once, but Justin is certainly at the top of that list. Professional, friendly, everything you could want in a tattoo artist. The studio itself is very spacious, clean & friendly. The staff actually took the time to figure out my name & use it while I was there. Plenty of parking, good neighbourhood too. My ONLY complaint? I want one of their t-shirts, but they never have them in XL or XXL. Come on guys! I'd wear that thing out if you'd just getvlarger sizes!

I scheduled an appointment on Friday 10/15/21 to get a tattoo on Wednesday 10/20/21. Today I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was informed that I did not have an appointment for today but rather Friday 10/22/21. When I presented my appointment card showing that I was indeed scheduled for today (10/20/21) they simply said "Sorry" the tattoo artist has another appointment for today and that I would need to reschedule. I had to take time off work and drive 45 minutes for this appointment and all I got was "Sorry." I have received 3 tattoos from this shop in the past but will not be returning for anymore. I will find another tattoo shop that values their customers and can keep an appointment.

This place is a hidden gem! I had a neighbor refer me to these guys after I had a few horrible experiences with other shops. Apparently a lot of shops in the QC are very stuck up and treat you like a nuisance, so it was a relief to walk into this place and make an appointment. The staff is extremely laid back and fun to converse with while getting work done. They treat you with respect and make you feel welcomed unlike most shops I experienced. My artist, Justin Reynolds, did a phenomenal job. We had a sit down prior to the work and went over a few custom designs. He performed the work flawlessly and my new piece is well beyond my expectations. I'm lucky to have found these guys and I highly recommend this shop.

Alicia at BST did the most incredible job with my fine-line tattoo. This was my first tattoo and Alicia made it simple and smooth. I asked for a small, inner forearm tattoo - a short phrase in my mom's handwriting. The result looks absolutely perfect- exactly like the handwriting sample I sent in. The best fine line work I've seen!
