It was a friendly place the people that work there was very nice and kind I was nervous going in this was my first time getting my belly button pierced and the young guy that did it was very attractive which made it really awesome he was very a knowledgeable about what he was doing which is also a plus and then after he gave me tips to keep my piercing clean.. Loved it from start to finish. The kind of place you just want to hang out & chat! Everyone was kind and willing to give advice. Michael was very professional and has a very comforting presence. He helped me choose where my piercing should go based on my ear shape and curve— Truly pierces as a form of art. The most dainty and unique collection of earrings too. Will come back for more piercings soon! Highly recommend.

Visiting from Houston and wanted to do something fun after brunch with my girlfriends! We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and super dapper man in the front, Michael. We told him we wanted ear piercings and he said that was his expertise..Michael was super friendly, welcoming, calming and truly interested in us as his customers. He made us laugh and felt so comfortable with him piercing our ears. The piercing was virtually painless and took only 2-3 minutes from start to finish. I can tell he’s a good dude and we loved his vibe. 10/10 definitely recommend. Oh yea, he was super clean, sterile and thoroughly explained after care steps.

Piercing- Michael was excellent. The shop is beautiful and inviting. All of the staff we encountered were relaxed, welcoming, informative, and very professional. I (parent) took my 14 year old for a septum piercing and it was a great, professional, experience. Everything was explained in detail, and all questions were answered with patience and understanding. Alternative jewelry was offered as well, which we ended up choosing. You get what you pay for. Thank you, Made to Last staff!

Great spot. I have had two tattoos done here. All great quality work and exactly what I wanted. They were so kind when I rescheduled due to catching Covid right before my appointment! I was so scared I was going to lose my deposit but they were so understanding and got me rescheduled for when I was feeling better. As a female, going into a tattoo studio can be daunting (for me atleast) but this studio is very clean, professional and every one is courteous and kind. I recommend this studio to anyone who asks where to go get a tattoo in Charlotte.

I loved it. I felt welcome here right away, they took care of me and my sister. We both got cartilage piercings. It was my sister's first cartilage piercing and she's really happy with her experience. I love mine. Everyone was super nice and our piercer Michael was super nice and welcoming I would 100% recommend this tattoo shop. I'll definitely be back.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I went to get my septum pierced for my 18th birthday and I was greeted with a very comfy vibe as soon as I walked in and it also smelled really clean. I had Micheal as my piercer and he did FANTASTIC!! Very fast, quick, and good conversation. He had a lot of cool tattoos as well! He said if I have any questions about my piercing just text him. $74 for the piercing was worth it because of the professionalism and how fast it was. Thank you Micheal!!

Made To Last is my one stop shop for new piercings, little gold earrings, and anything tattoo related. It is hands down the most welcoming tattoo shop I’ve ever spent time in. I recently had my brows done by Shelby(golden hour tattoo) and I’m beyond thrilled with the results! Her attention to detail is spot on and my brows have never looked so good. Her services are a great addition to a shop that I already love and send everyone I know to!
