Great place for anime / gaming tattoos. Awesome environment great people that work there 10/10 highly recommended

I can't say enough about how amazing everyone at Vault Tattoo was during my tattoo session yesterday. Russell did such an amazing job on my tattoo! I was completely blown away by his talent. I'm counting down the days till my next appointment!

I’ve been to tons of tattoo shops, and this is by far the best I’ve been to yet. Between the people & the environment they have, and how insanely talented they ALL are, I won’t go anywhere else in NC. Even thought it’s an anime themed shop I’ve only gone in with ideas outside of that genre, and David has done an incredible job each time. Definitely my favorite art on my body! Much more to come 🙏

Drove out from Florida, to get my shoulder piece. I would make that drive three times over to come back. Friendly staff, clean environment, and talented artists. What more could ya want? 👌👌👌

This shop is awesome the decor is awesome and all the artists and the lady at the front desk were all super friendly and accommodating special shout out to my artist nuke he did mine and my girlfriends tattoos he was really nice and super professional 10/10 will be back

After a horrible tattoo experience with the snotty JASMINE DILWORTH. I emailed the shop several times attempting to meet with the shop manager but was canceled on 15 minutes before the appointment while I was sitting in the parking lot. This has been a weeklong ordeal and after getting an unfinished tattoo that the artist claimed was finished until I mentioned I disliked it.. I’ve lost all respect for everyone in this shop. None of the colors are right and key details were left out and there was zero communication and the “artist” seemed in a rush and upset that I kept needing breaks. She repeatedly asked if I wanted two sessions and I was very adamant I wanted it finished that day, so why she lied about it being finished I’ll never understand. I assumed the wonky colors were from redness and would calm down but after a week my tattoo is actually PINK?( it’s supposed to be tan). Other artists in the shop commented on its illegibility and then later denied it. On her Instagram where she posted the photo of my tattoo she tagged my tattoo as #cringy, if you want to be disrespected this is the shop for you. These people will lie right to your face, and their bad attitudes aren’t justified by the quality of their work. I can’t wait until I find an artist who’s actually qualified to tattoo to do the cover up because I know I won’t find them at Vault tattoo.

BEST.TATTOOS.EVER. The shop is beautiful, everyone inside is a nerd who loves anime and video games. The artists are skilled in so many styles. Also I heard they all really like Taco Bell and Baja Blast.

I was unable to make my appointment due to a family emergency And because it did not fall within the 72 hours cancelation policy i had to forfeit my $200 deposit. This was something completely out of my control and they didn't even try to work with me. That is not how you treat people Let alone clients that were planning on getting a full sleeve tattoo. On their business practices alone I do not recommend this establishment.

Jasmine was amazing and so sweet. Everyone I met was super nice and professional. Had a great experience!

Great shop for full color/anime/video game pieces

A Unique shop. Really fun and inviting place staff was Awesome. Not a standard tattoo shop much more fun place to be my son's Artist David was Outstanding! His work is 10 out of 10.

WILL BE BACK! David was my tattoo artist and he was nothing but great and sweet! 👍🏾❤️ I think my next tattoo will be something more detailed, I'm happy with what I chose overall but I'm ready for a masterpiece 😌

Got a forearm piece here a few months ago. Really awesome custom design, whole experience was nice and pleasant, and done efficiently. Only thing I have to say is that they’re extremely busy almost all the time so getting any touch ups or follow up appointments might take a while. They are nice and hopefully I get my piece finished up sometime soon

Got my first tattoo by Sean. He was great, explained everything and was easy to talk to and very professional. Everyone i interacted with was pleasant and helpfull. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable.

Absolutely blown away by this place! My work was done by Matt (@matt.does.tattoos) and he is just incredible. The studio is phenomenal, all of the staff was so kind and super fun to chat with. My work took about 8 hours and I was offered snacks+drinks throughout the session. Matt was incredibly patient and professional - I’ll absolutely be returning to him specifically for work, but I’m thrilled that he’s at such a rad studio!!

Got an amazing tattoo two months ago from bo, he is an incredibly nice guy and was very accommodating. I can't wait to get as many tattoos as I can from Vault!
