Mad Ethel's Tattoo & Body Piercing

Clinton is amazing! I feel like he has an even higher standard of his work than his clients do; very professional and extreme quality. My tattoo turned out better than I had imagined. I highly recommend these artists, even if you have a bit of a wait.

Super friendly staff helping to make appointment and once there ensuring you get exactly what you want! Very chill while still clearly high cleanliness standards.

My wife brought my daughter to this shop to get a helix piercing, and they both had a great experience! Justin was so nice and really laid back. He explained what he was doing from start to finish and actually had a conversation with them instead of just piercing her ear and then sending them on their way. He was really down to Earth and explained the piercing after care and what may or may not happen during the healing process in great detail. We will definitely be back soon for more piercings and possibly a tattoo for my wife.

Went to the person street location, and had Clint do a Touch up on a worded tattoo that I had a lot of blowouts on, he did an excellent job can't even tell that it had happened. Would highly recommend Clint to do any tattoo I wish to have done.

Got my first tattoo done by one of their guest artist, John. Had a lovely experience and the staff was so friendly!

Loved this place from the cute, comforting inside, to the amazing artist and a parking lot making it so easy to get in and out. Totally recommend this place if your teen is looking for a piercing. We were at the Glenwood location.

Can’t say enough great things about this shop. Paul did my re-work/cover up from another shop that was about 8 years old. After my less than ideal experience with that shop, this was light years away from that. Shop was very clean and we talked extensively before the tattoo even started. Paul also took the time to make sure the placement was just how I wanted it even after several different tries. He was very patient and very detailed. Would definitely come back and get another tattoo from him again!

We chose to wait until our two girls were old enough to ask to get their ears pierced. My wife called and scheduled an appointment with Bradde. When Bradde met the girls in person, he did an outstanding job of keeping them excited and comfortable to move forward! The entire process went as good as we could have imagined. This is definitely the place that we refer to our friends.

Jared was great. The young lady at the front desk was very incompetent. I brought my 15 yr old daughter in for her birthday to get an industrial piercing. The lady seemed to be unable to grasp the concept that my daughter and I could have different last names as I have remarried. This was AFTER we presented her with military IDs for myself and my daughter. After going back and forth with her, Jared came out and shut down her argument. I'm not saying she was being bias because she did not give any other customers any issues checking in. We waited for almost 3 hours, watched everyone come and go and we were the last customers serviced and also the only people of color over the 3 hours we waited. I'm not gonna say she had some macro and micro aggressions but if it walks like duck and talks like a duck.... Jared was fantastic!

I’ll be honest, between the in depth talks about thicc giraffes and chasing squirrels for photo ops with jewelry this place was amazing. Chris did an absolutely incredible job with my cover up, she is so insanely talented. She “made a tree from her brain” and it was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 for everything. Highly recommend for tattooed thicc animals and anything else you want.

I had my latest tattoo done by Clinton last week and it was everything I could have hoped for. He's an amazing artist and lovely person. I also brought my 7 year old in for her ear piercing with Bradde and he was so kind and gentle. I highly recommend this business and I will be back!

I have been here a couple times and it's always a great experience. Everyone is professional and helpful. Today I went to get 3 piercings done by Bradde. He is an amazing piercer and an equally amazing human! He puts you at ease during what can be a stressful experience. He's patient and very helpful with picking out placement and jewelry. I have had several piercings at different locations and I dont want to go anywhere else for piercings from now on. I highly recommend Mad Ethels. Right before my appointment he also did a set of lobes on a small child (with her family) and they were so grateful for his genuine kindness as well!

My 9 year old had Bradde pierce her ears. He made her feel comfortable and confident by taking the time to educate her and answer all her many questions. She left with the perfect earrings, empowered to take care of them, artistically inspired and feeling like she made a new friend. I can’t imagine a better experience for her.

Great experience for our daughter who had a cartilage piercing and a nervous mother who can’t stand needles. The sign in process is quick but thorough and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for the next piercing or tattoo.

Bradde is the absolute best! I went in to get two cheek dermals and was literally shaking, I was so nervous! He helped me pick my jewelry and my placement. He talked me through everything and made me feel so calm. We clicked instantly and in no time I was done! He is such a genuine, kind-hearted soul; seriously the best piercer I’ve ever met! After reading these amazing reviews, I took my 6 year old daughter to Mad Ethel’s to get her first ear piercings and I’m SO HAPPY I did! Bradde is a literal saint. He is so experienced, funny, patient, and cool. Honestly, he could have been a 1st grade teacher! My daughter wasn’t too nervous as she didn’t really know what the piercing would entail, but Bradde made sure to talk to her and crack some silly jokes to keep her distracted enough to not freak out that a needle was going through her ear. To this day, my daughter still laughs about “Silly Mr. Bradde’s” jokes including the most popular one-liner that I hear at least once a week, “Don’t worry, I’ll be done before you have enough time to say, ‘Mr. Bradde, I hate you!’ When the piercing was done, my daughter got to ring the “first timers” bell and got high-fives from all of the tattoo and piercing artists working that day who were all impressed that she didn’t even shed a tear! Bradde then gave us a little instruction packet on how to keep her piercings from getting infected and asked us to keep in touch (which we did a few weeks later when we had to take my daughter’s earrings out for her first soccer game, lost them in the grass, and had to go back up for help getting some new studs back in the next day 🤦🏼‍♀️. But again, Bradde was super kind and helpful!) Bottom line, if you need a piercing done, please go see Bradde, he’s awesome. (BTW: If you’re taking your child DON’T FORGET THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!! Learned that the hard way…lol)
