Andrew and the Mythical Markings crew are fantastic. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and funny! I am SO glad I chose them for my first experience. I'm already planning to return to them for future designs and am looking forward to my upcoming color session.

Grace was the best piercer I’ve been to. She did my second nose, helix, and opened up my daith that I thought had closed. Super personable and knowledgeable.

I got a nose piercing from Grace yesterday and I was very pleased! I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away even though she was doing all of the piercing and reception duties alone. She was super friendly, took the time to explain the process and what I could expect and made sure I was comfortable. She also took the time to explain aftercare and the healing process. The whole thing was over very quickly and I love my piercing!

Andrew has been doing my tattoo’s for the past year. He is always professional, friendly, and open about the whole process! He is light handed, I have never had to tap out of a session before. I would definitely recommend him to others as well as Mythical Markings, they’re very customer service focused and have always taken care of me!

My best friend and I have gotten our noses and Helix’s pierced here by Grace. We LOVE the shop and the vibe it brings, plus Grace is amazing and so so patient. If I had to recommend a piercing and tattoo shop to anyone, it would be this one.

Grace is a great piercer. Shop is clean and everything is sanitized. Grace will explain everything and is more interested in making sure you get the piercing results you want then just Taking your money. Highly recommend this shop.

My 4 almost 5 yr old daughter has begged for the last few years to have her ears pierced. I finally wanted to let her get them done for her upcoming birthday. I looked around at multiple places and had heard the reviews about Jaki at Mythical Markings. Her reviews made me feel confident in bringing my daughter there. I am so glad I did, because Jacki did NOT disappoint!!!. I ended up getting my nose pierced the same day and then she was so patient with my daughter. She ended up being pretty nervous once we got there. Jaki spent around an hour talking very calm to her and being so gentle and telling her exactly what she was doing and what the process was. We ended up still trying to get both ears done after hours. I appreciate her taking her time and doing things right. I highly recommend using Jaki for piercing! Thank you Jaki!!!! We are both so happy with our piercings!

I went in for a consultation with Dale for my second tattoo. With how minimalist my desired design was, he was able to fit me in same day. The experience was magnificent, and I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. He was very detailed oriented and was very professional yet personable. I will definitely be booking with him again!

Will always come here and will never go anywhere else. They always go above and beyond with legit everything you want in a shop. ex: cleanliness, customer service, professional opinions, friendliness, etc They are honestly amazing and I will always go there and always recommend there shop to everyone there is not one bad thing I can say about them truly.

All the staff there are wonderful. During my sessions I've been be able to see the other artists work and I can say they are very talented. Great experience. Call and make an appointment for a tattoo or consult. Talk to the artists.

Love this place! We had a great tattoo experience here and the staff is wonderful! This is the only tattoo shop in Knoxville I would trust. Chris did an amazing job on my husband and my Halloween anniversary tattoos. We will definitely be making the 4 hour trip to see him again! 5 star service all around.

I had rook and conch piercings done by Jackie that were precisely placed and have healed perfectly. The environment was immaculately clean and the experience was worlds beyond my last experience with another Knoxville tat shop. She didn't treat me like a little girl who couldn't handle pain (unlike the other place). She gave customer centered, experience-based advice on these and future piercings which was honest and put my wellbeing above a sale. She truly cares about her clients! I only wish I had gone to MMTS & Jackie for my previous piercings first.
