I had a consultation with Michael "Ol Skool" and he was fantastic! I created a family crest for my boys, 7 & 10. hw went over the actual process of how the ink penetrates into the skin and how important it was to remain as sterile as possible doing the tattoo and all the scenarios that could happen after the tattoo if you don't take of it. Mr. Mike who is also a great artist, made suggestion for potential changes with my crest. Some of writing and numbers were small and he highly recommended we do some changes so that in 5-10 years they wouldn't be just a line of ink. His whole process was awesome once we started and until we finished. I had a lot of shading because he inserted his special touched and creative design into my crest. The shading wasn't pleasant, but his hand was light and precise. when I went to look at it, a tear came to my eye. i was blown away. I can't looking at it! He over exceeded my expectations and took the crest to a different level! Conversation was pleasant, atmosphere was pleasant, and he was very very professional. the rest of the staff was very professional as well! I write music, but I don't play an instrument. The first time I recorded my first song and heard Kenny Chesney's studio band put music to my written and composed lyrics....I shed a tear. they breathed life into my song....Mr. Mike did the same thing to the crest I designed for my two boys. Horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t follow the business hours that are listed on the website, don’t respond to appointment requests either. They also Don’t give proper aftercare instructions… Lauren is an absolutely horrible tattoo artist with disgusting customer service skills.
