WASTE OF TIME!!! I wanted to get a tattoo with Manu, so after a few emails (that included images similar to what I wanted) I had an in person consultation booked. I showed up early there was 1 other person ahead of me waiting. Manu wasn’t even at the shop and was late getting in. He then spoke to the 1 person that was ahead of me then had a lengthy conversation with another that walked in after I had. He went well over 20 minutes past my appointment time before he even spoke to me. When Manu finally spoke to me it was like he had no idea I’d be there. He didn’t know I sent any emails with images attached and spent less than 5 minutes saying “find a style you like on instagram” and “I’ll draw something up and message it to you” I had to take a day off work and get a babysitter for my kids just for a 4 minute conversation that could have taken place over email. It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t heard anything from Manu.

Visited Titan Tattoo yesterday as a walk-in. Asked about getting a small piece done, if not possible I'd reschedule for a later date. Nope. Immediately was paired with Taylor. Told me it was too much detail and we needed to go big. Awesome! Now I've been tattooed by several different artists but he was the first to walk me through a tattoo. He gave me instructions about how to breathe through a tattoo to make it a less miserable experience. He also asked questions about the tattoo, what it meant etc, etc. Felt very welcomed. 10 out of 10.

The artist I went to was very talented, and my tattoo looks great. However, it just wasn’t really what I wanted. When I tried to talk to him about changes to the design (specifically the size and the shading) he was not receptive. I am happy with my tattoo, but I know I could have been happier with it if he had been more willing to work with me. He also made some derogatory comments about another customer’s appearance, which was uncomfortable. The shop itself has a pleasant atmosphere, I think I just wound up with an artist who didn’t work great for me.

Was a walk-in at 5pm on a Friday night (the 13th!) and was greeted by Wes who got my tattoo taken care of in under an hour. I wanted something super simple and he executed it perfectly! My friend also got a piercing by Leena, who was so kind and fun. The shop is a great setup with individual booths and the QUIET machines! That was a game changer for me as my least favorite part of a tattoo is the noise of the machine!! Everyone in the shop was pleasant and helpful, much more welcoming than other places I’ve been to. This was my best tattoo experience yet and I will be coming back for more! Thanks Wes!

Very clean and detailed lines with wonderful shading. Not once was I under any discomfort or pain. He was focused and did an amazing job.
