First time I came here it was for ear and cartilage piercings. Such a great experience I came back via appointment for a tattoo coverup & to add a birthdate to a previous tattoo by Ethan. I am stunned and SO happy with his work! My husband will be coming to get work done by him as well. I do appreciate his great work and great conversation with everyone in the shop. They are amazing. This is my third time getting tattooed at this shop the shop itself is amazing clean organized friendly environment with many things to entertain yourself ive been tatted by Dustin many times which was fantastic but no longer works here(before location change)with that being said I decided to give the newer to me artist in the shop a chance he's got great conversation and personality however the art isn't as strong as the script he tries to sell you on his drawings... nice and strong his tattooing... not so much😬😬😬 and "I wouldnt be as upset if this just wasnt his style of work and was new to it but he specifically said this is just negative traditional and i love doing traditional im really good at it..." went in for a piece and it is un even all the way across the shading is not even through the art and the lines are TERRIBLE ypu couldnt differentiate this thing with the reference photo sitting next to it. Save yourself the struggle and go down the road to bone heads will not be returning for anymore work I am not pleased at all not by the art the lines the colors or the price nothing about this makes me the slightest bit happy I've NEVER been this disappointed in my art to the point im embarrassed to show it off.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, my experience at Heart N Soul Tattoo with Zoey was amazing! I went to get a face dermal that I had been wanting based on a co-worker’s experience with Zoey, and I was not disappointed. She thoroughly went over after care and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was pretty anxious to get the dermal, being that it’s an implantation piercing, but she was so quick with the process, I didn’t even realize she was finished! The piercing itself wasn’t even anywhere near as painful as I thought it was going to be either! I will definitely be coming back to her for future work!
