Staff was amazing, attentive, and professional. I really enjoyed getting my piercings done here. I was a little nervous because I have had piercings before and they closed up, but these seem to be healing okay! Super greatful!

Ive had 2 piercings get infected from this shop & 1 infected tattoo!! had to go to the hospital for antibiotics i couldnt even move my arm it was so swollen. 3 of my friends have also gotten tattoo infections from this shop!! beware !! They let apprentice people tattoo freely and dont even let you know. Overpriced body jewlery just for the paint to come off in time.

Love this shop! The owners daughter is always a pleasure when you come here. I like the fact you have to be buzzed in now instead of letting anyone who may intoxicated to just walk in. ETA: Just got 2 more piercings and absolutely love them!

I’ve had to EDIT this review because the first one I left has been “laughed at” by the owner of the shop. Reviews are left so that people are aware of the quality and service they’ll be paying for, with that being said i had an appointment made for 5:45 pm last night. I get in there confirmed my appointment, paid and sat for nearly an hour. It was busy, so I waited patiently without anyone acknowledging it was way past my appointment time. I got up and asked how much longer. Only then the receptionist looked for my ticket and said that “I must’ve been skipped over”, who knows how long I would’ve sat there waiting. After seeing a mom and daughter walk out with bleeding red ears wrapped in gauze, I decided this isn’t the place I want my service to be done at so I got a refund and left. Very unorganized, limited jewelry, and unfortunately unprofessional. Call me a Karen 🤷🏽‍♀️

The overall staff was fine, perfectly polite. Last November I went in for my birthday to treat my self with a tattoo. I originally wanted a two headed vulture to cover up some of my old tattoos. Dense work over my old trash. I believe my idea would have covered my forearm; my artist talked me into placing a skull in-between my vultures… needless to say my old tattoos are still visible. Also the vultures are shaded in completely different styles. Obviously rushed, and I must mention he was watching anime during my session. which was half way acceptable to me, but it was in subs!!! He was reading subs while working on intricate feather work! My last complaint is that there were two different musics playing on two separate speakers while my work was getting done. The music, the anime; the pain, was stimulation overload. Absolutely the worst tattoo experience of my life, and I have 15 tattoos, one from this shop actually, from Nate, shout a true artist. I was hustled out of 700$ dollars and left with a terrible birthday memory.

They tried to over charge me on a basics small tattoo. Go to Virtuoso Tattoo in Hurts way better deals and artist.

The top 2 parts of this were great (lightning and the horse was originally b&w) The last part was done by a guy who claimed to know how to do watercolor. When I came back to have them fix it because he didn't, they said they wouldn't because I asked the guy who did it wrong to fix it the first time. HOW CRAZY AM I to ask someone to fix something permanent on my body that I don't like... then they won't fix it when I come back and they had fired him. I used to like this place.

Door is locked for obvious reasons.. came in for dog memorial tattoo. The two artists seemed uninterested. And told me to change my designs or go on a different part of my body. Yeah no go. After owner response: true... Maybe it wasn't the shop for me. I liked the guy who greatest me but felt more like a super cute as I walked in. I know tats with thought take time but this was something special to to me. I would've the greater to tat me. Long story short drove 5 mins down the road and fell in love with an artistic genius. The design I gave was just a concept... Wasn't asking for much. I'm sure they're great. Just felt unwelcome.

I should've done more research before getting a tattoo done at this location. I got a rose on the side of my wrist and it's really bad. I've only had the tattoo for about 4/5 months and it looks like I've had it done for years. The artist did a sloppy job. The lines on the rose are crooked and the artist went way too deep causing certain parts of the rose to look bold and other parts are like thin lines. It's a hot mess I'm definitely going to get the tattoo removed. I'm really glad it's small. Wouldn't recommend the artist I don't remember his name.

I’ve gotten four piercings done here and just had my fourth tattoo done by their artist Rose. This is by far my favorite place. It’s inviting an makes anyone who walks in the door feel comfortable. My artist, Rose is the sweetest human and does amazing work. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. Her personality is stellar and her work is fabulous. She’s also super flexible which is nice in todays busy world. She always double and triple checks that you love your tattoo before it’s inked. Never makes you feel bad for being indecisive. I would literally never go see another artist again so long as she tattoos, that’s how much I like her.
