My wife and I just got our ears pierced today and we were happily greeted by the two girls at the front. They were funny and very helpful. The person who did our piercings was Amber and we can’t say enough good things about her she was so sweet and funny. Really made us feel comfortable and for me it was quick and painless. I loved the whole vibe of the place and everybody just being so friendly and cool really made it a great experience!

Very friendly staff and piercer. Got Mallory and she did a great job with my earlobes. Talked me through it and told me to take deep breaths before piercing each one. Seems like a small thing to someone who's used to getting piercings, but small things like that really are helpful. Thanks, guys!

Awesome people, very professional, clean, and personable. Many tattoo shops have attitudes, as if they are the only artist in the world. It is refreshing to walk into a place that does great work but also treats you like a valued and respected customer rather than a burden.
Special mention for Amber, the peirce professional. She did a fantastic job while maintaining an excellent bedside manor. She was able to calm my daughter down, do quick and accurate work, and provide an overall experience that is hard to duplicate.
Thanks so much for the terrific experience. We will be back.

My daughter got her ears pierced and it was all around a great experience. She is 5 and has been asking to get her ears pierced for a while now and everyone was so incredibly sweet with her. She loved being able to pick out her earrings and she hasn’t stopped talking about getting her ears pierced. She did cry a little bit and we took a few minutes before doing the second ear. Overall the experience was amazing. Highly recommend! My husband also made a tattoo appointment while we were there so we are excited to go back!

I recommend this place to everybody, including kids looking for well done ear piercings (with parent permission, of course). Very clean studio and skilled artists. I've been pierced by Mallory and Gabby and both ladies are very talented! Will definitely be going back for more and getting ink here eventually as well. Nothing but love for Daddy Jack's!

Don’t bother. RUDE receptionist didn’t even bother to look up when talking to us. We wanted a hand tattoo and we were told the artist wouldn’t bother with us unless we have a sleeve tattoo. Never heard of this!!!

This place is awesome and our favorite tat shop. We've also brought other family members here for piercings, and they had great experiences. We have worked with Ron, who did our skull tats in the picture shared. We love our matching tattoos and get a lot of compliments. I have another tat booked for March, also with Ron. I'm excited, it'll be my first water color tat and Ron is really good at them. I'll post a pic of that once done! If you're looking for a good place to get a tat or piercing, Daddy Jack's artists will not disappoint.

Always blown away by the amazing customer service here! My daughter (5) got her ears pierced here a while back and they went above and beyond for her. I’ve gotten my septum pierced here, same experience! Today I stopped by to buy a septum ring and they were just as inviting and friendly as usual.

Oh yeah, I can tell you what's up so you can reply as unprofessionally as you do everyone else. Anyway, I went for an interview a Long While Ago for tattoo apprenticeship and I had a cane and the questions about my cane where Extremely unprofessional and ableist. Most specifically "we have a lot of stairs". It's a cane dude, not a wheel chair, I can make it up stairs. And you taught me to Always read negative reviews before going for an interview because the way you reply to the negative things shows me it's not unusual for you to act like a man child and that I really did dodge a bullet in not getting that apprenticeship. And before you blame my "poor work" you were right that my work was no up to par at the time. You're comments on my work were not the problem. It was your unprofessional attitude that I can see in every negative review reply.

I received two cartilage piercings from Amber and had a very positive experience with her, as someone who had never had cartilage piercing previously. She clearly had experience and an eye for the job, and the piercing itself was of course painful, but not overly so thanks to her deft hand and skill.
However, there are a few things to consider before choosing this location: there are limited options available for your initial jewelry, which you'll be stuck with for a LONG time due to the extensive healing process. All piercings are titanium, which while good for healing, isn't always what you might want as far as the finish goes. Additionally, the jewelry is internally threaded rather than external, which means that finding replacement parts (e.g. earing backs) from anyone outside of DJ's is nearly impossible. I had the back fall off of my helix piercing and couldn't find any suitable solution to the issue after days of shopping at online and local jewelry retailers.
Additionally, my experience with one of their other piercers wasn't as positive as it was with Amber. About a month into the healing process, I removed my conch jewelry due to fairly intense swelling and irritation, and the experience I had with the shop getting the jewelry reinserted wasn't the best. The employees at the counter weren't the kindest and I felt fairly put out by them and Mallory (the piercer) upon arriving and explaining the situation. The process of reinserting the jewelry was excruciating, made worse by the blunt, internally threated 16g piece. While not the fault of the piercer (I shouldn't have removed the jewelry, no matter how painful it was to keep it in), I felt the situation could've been handled with a lighter touch and kinder, more sympathetic disposition.
Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone looking to get a piercing, especially during their 2-for-1 Tuesday promotion, but with Amber specifically.

I love this place. The receptionists are super sweet and welcoming and so are the tattoo artists and piercers. I got my first tattoo from Shane almost two months ago and he was super patient and accommodating.
It went by fast and it came out exactly how I wanted. I’ll absolutely be going to him again.

Owner is not professional. I was disrespected and insulted when trying to interview. Was a long time customer of over 10+ years, had reccomened the shop to anyone who had listened, moved my entire schedule to make it out to an interview, and had even come a week early on accident because I was so excited to work here. The owner even gave me my first piercing. I was less than five minutes late to an interview because I caught the train before the turn in, and traffic on 820. Owner told me had poor time management and asked me to leave without interviewing. Completely unprofessional and rude. There is never a reason to personally insult a person attempting to work for you.

My mom got pinched with a pair of hemostats just getting her jewelry replaced and she wasn't too happy with the lady, but the girls at the front desk are super helpful and very friendly!
