Perfect service!! The receptionist Jess was so friendly! My artist Kevin did such a great job turning my dog into a little cartoon on short notice. My family came in as a 5 person walk in, and everyone got exactly what that wanted!!! 10/10 ❤️

I got this sacred heart tonight with Jon Amaya and I was a walk in last night. I had seen his work on Instagram and was impressed with his line work and detail so, of course I booked with him. Not only is my new tattoo my new favorite, but 100% I will be back. The shop is clean and every single crew member is attentive and customer service focused. I have been to many tattoo shops and this shop stood out, at as one of the top ones that I was welcomed, educated and treated with empathy. I definitely recommend this shop, hands down.

Great place to get a tattoo. Shop is clean and looks very good. The exterior of the shop does not do the inside justice. Staff was very professional. Jon was my tattoo artist that day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone who has an interest in anime tattoos in both black & white and color pieces.

I was holding off on writing this review for a little while, because I wanted to see what would happen. Well I called around 1 pm that day, wanting to get snakebite piercings, I was told that the piercer would be in at 4, so I came in 5 mins before 4, she didn't actually show up until 15 after, not a big deal, I understand. She avoided me for a little bit, then went and set up quickly. She quickly drew dots on my lips, didn't really tell me too much, just went for it. I let her know last time I pierced my lip, it swole up fairly bad so i asked for a longer bar bc the one she pulled out was very short. She hesitated and got another size, (same gloves on, didnt change them when she grabbed the new jewlery). I will say, it was very fast. The first piercing, not too bad. Didn't hurt much. Now this is where it goes a bit wrong. She used the same needle to pierce the second hole. I could see the blood on the needle as she went for the second hole. This one hurt SO bad. Last time I got em done, the piercer used a new needle each time and very particular about keeping clean gloves on. But whatever I was fairly happy. So I go meet her up front to pay, I've been here before for tattoos and I've always paid card, never had an issue with it. And she told me she took cash only. I let her know I did not have any cash on me, and she made it extremely awkward, was saying " I dont know I preformed a service I need to be paid blah blah blah " I get it. If this was mentioned beforehand when I called ahead or before she pierced me, i would've brought cash or came another day when i did have some on me. I'm a server, I get cash everyday but I didn't have any since I had just went to the bank and paid off some bills. It was weird but eventually she found a coworker who let her use her square card reader. Very awkward. Her whole vibe was very off and seemed she didn't want to be there, very careless. So 2 weeks go by, my piercings are absolutely killing me. They hurt so bad. They're still
