Got my surface tongue piercing by Ashley and it was very crooked. I went back a couple days later and was told by a tattoo artist that it was just “swollen”. I asked if she could redo it when it healed for free since it was her fault and was told I had to pay again. I’ve gotten all of my piercings and tattoos here and never had an issue.

Joe is the best piercer I've ever had, he is very professional and funny. He keeps you laughing, and you forget about the piercing you're about to get! He's done my triple forward helix, conch, daith, industrial, outer helix, & both tragus. Steven (Stephen)is pretty good as well. He's done my teenage daughters tragus, 2 nose piercings, helix & septum, as well as changing out my jewelry since I can't do the ones in my ears. This is the only place and only 2 ppl I will let pierce myself or my daughter. They're professionals, and their prices are unbeatable!

Every time I’m in Galveston, I have to see Brandy! We emailed back and forth for a few weeks, figured out the best date and had a loose idea of what I wanted done. I came in, we figured out what I wanted, she did most of the creative thinking, and I don’t think I’ll ever have anyone else put ink on my body! Go see Brandy - or anyone else in the shop! They’re the best! Friendly, priced to match the artists talent and time, they keep clean workspaces (unlike some other places I’ve been in), I could go on!

This is hands down the absolute best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to, and I’m saying that as someone who has been getting tattooed for over a decade Aside from their amazing artistic talents, what makes this shop so amazing is the quality of people that it has on staff. My sister and I were greeted as soon as we walked in by Rene. She listened to our ideas for a “sisters” tattoo and looked at the images we brought. Once she had a general idea, the design process began. We made our decision, she quoted the price, we signed the agreement and she prepped her area. We walked back together and she started on my sister then me. The whole process took about an hour or so. We were very pleased with our matching “big sis” & “lil sis” tats. I would recommend Rene.

Great tattoo shop best in galveston. Memo done my tattoo and brandy and renea did my wife's. We were both very happy with their work. Memo did me a custom ape with diamond for the #diamondhand #apestrong #amcstrong family. Renea did the turtle on my wife's wrist and brandy did the elephant on my wife's leg. My husband gets a tattoo from here every time we come down. this time he wanted to take advantage of the 6 to 8 hour for 600. emailed back and forth for 3 months with Brandy. when set the.date and time for what was best for her for the 5 days we were down. I went in for a Daith piercing and verified several times what I wanted. Piercer gave me a Rook piercing instead. At least the instruments were sterilized and the piercer used appropriate sterile technique, but no aftercare instructions...

I have used them before and really l Iiked them. This time we went in right when they opened and got on the waiting list to get some piercings done. They said they would call us when they were ready. (We were 4th on the list.)We called back after 3 hours to check and they said 40 min. They never called us back. The guy up front didn't care and was very rude. NEVER going back!!

I would give them less of a rating but the woman who greeted me was super friendly and nice. I got my nose and septum done. This was my 4th time getting my nose done so I clearly had a mark where u wanted my nose done so my lady who did my piercings did have to line it up and that was understandable but she didn’t take the time to line up my septum correctly and it is clearly very crooked. She even said “oh this isn’t sitting right” but proceeding to not tell me or offer to maybe correct it or not have me pay for it. Makes me really sad cause I was super excited to get this piercing and now I have to have it healed and get it re-done. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, please take your time with it.

Did a walk-in with my partner and they were accommodating and willing to customize work. I got a simple tattoo but the artist went too deep in the skin and though it looked great when they finished the main part of the tattoo is now just a big lumpy scar with almost no color. Partners tattoo also has bad scarring in multiple spots. Disappointing.
