my wife gave me a gift card for here paid cash as a Christmas present in 2021 went in and set up a time for tattoo, charged me a deposit? asked what this was for and they said just in case I don't keep the appointment which was for the next day, but if I do they will refund it. I show up I get a tattoo done they take the money from the deposit and part from the gift card leaving a balance when on it, was told they would refund the deposit and only use the gift card portion. still no refund on the deposit as it became a charge so now I still have a gift card there for more than $100 that they wont give back as they used my deposit instead of the gift card, tattoo is great artist was great customer service ladies(2 of them) horrible!! I wont be back as I cant get a manager or owner to call me back I have left several messages and stopped by a few times over the last year to get resolved and nothing. and based on looking at the reviews on here they don't care about their clients anyway. the artist and I were discussing doing a sleeve but I guess they don't need any more money from me as they have already stolen over $100 from me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they do not do what they claim. SINCERLY, A VERY UNSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER

Got a double vertical labret pierced here a few days ago, all and all it's a nice shop, really clean and staff are very professional. Clear aftercare instructions and the piercing looks like it's healing well. Only thing I would maybe want more of is a little bit more explanation of the piercing process and jewelery, but that could be a result of me being a walk in client. Would get pierced there again!

Sausage is a great artist with a soft hand. Would recommend to all looking for a great artist. He is doing my G.I. Joe leg sleeve. Multiple sessions in with many more booked out

Walked in with my husband, we each wanted a paw print and an old piece touched up. The artist (male, tall, buff, closely shaved head. I wish I would have gotten his name but I didn’t) and the front desk lady shot down every one of our ideas and told us they wouldn’t work but offered no alternative suggestions as to what would. In fact the artist told us “you would be the ones who would have to come up with the ideas”. When I showed them what I wanted changed on my old tattoo they said “it’s supposed to be that way”. As if what I wanted for my tattoo didn’t matter. Needless to say, we left. I understand that we are not tattoo artist but they were so unhelpful and so rude. Maybe that’s why all their chairs were empty? Seriously, go somewhere else.

Walked in to see if they could help me out with a cover up. Was approached by a lady whom had the worst attitude possible. Didn't really help and was very rude. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Very clean very professional shop, great staff up front, and a ton of talent in the artist booth's! When you hear the term "you get what you pay for"this is what they mean! My artist Tino Gonzalez, was professional, insightful and the One of the best tattoo artist that I have encountered in my 20 years of being tattooed. If you're looking to get a piece done and you want it done right, this is the place to go.

Awesome place! I called in on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment to have my 4-5 hour tattoo completed. The process was painless, and my artist created a comfortable environment. Saving the best information for last, the tattoo came out better than I could imagine. Highly recommend!

got my tongue done and it was set way too far back, the piercer never marked it to see if i wanted it there either. had to take out the piercing because it was pierced wrong. the piercer also did a friends piercing and it was off centered.

Great friendly staff. The Tattoo I received is in rememberance my late father. Tino did a great job, friendly efficient. 100% recommend him and this shop.

Highly recommend!!!!! One of the cleanest shops I’ve been in and every artist is fantastic!!!!! Joe did a cover up and re did a koi fish from a prior artist and he absolutely killed it!!!! His line work is amazing, and super talented in Japanese art!!!! Went to get my lobes pierced with my step daughter she freaked out when it was her turn but they handled her very well. Super nice and loved the vibe. Will probably go again.

Great shop great people. Shauna the piercer has done several for me. We recently went in to get 2 helix piercings for my boyfriend. The shop is very clean and they use excellent products as well. It was a great experience. The shop also feels high end which reflects in the work of the artists and piercer. Great shop!

Extremely friendly staff. I popped in to ask a question and I was impressed with how clean it was and how nice everyone was.

The staff was way great. Talked my daughter through everything they were doing to her while she was getting her nose piercing done. I also thought the price was a good deal.
