Amazing experience with the artist Andy, clean shop, and absolutely in love with my tattoo. Would 100% recommend this shop!

I went to Andrew for a memorial tattoo and turned out exactly how I imagined it. He was very easy to work with and got back to me very quickly if I had any questions. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting realism work done. Compared to his other work mine tattoo small and simple but he didn't treat it any less important. His work is truly amazing!

I had gone to 3 local tattoo artists over the years and 5 ugly tattoos later I gave up getting anymore. That was 15 years ago. JoAnna was recently recommended to me and I took the chance after seeing some of her amazing art. So glad I did! My chest cover up is GORGEOUS, detailed and the colors!! I got another memorial tattoo on my hand, again amazing! I barely felt either one of them! Wicked skill!! She was a blast with an A+ personality and made me feel totally comfortable! We all chatted it up Andy, his young female client, JoAnna and I and the conversation was fun and professional. I can’t wait to go back for new ink, great conversation and finish covering up the rest of these disasters!!!

Thirteen years ago I took a business trip to California. I took notice of a fabulous floral tattoo on a person and asked them who the artist was that did the work. She gave me Andrew Sussman’s name. I looked him up online and was captivated by his detailed quality work. Over the years I would often check his gallery and admire all his various works of art. After all these years I finally was In a position to afford the time, and cost of flying halfway across the country so I reached out to Andrew in an email and asked if he could rework an old, faded, poor quality tattoo. To my surprise he responded and after looking at a picture I sent him he assured me he could not only rework it but he could make it outstanding. We booked an appointment six months out, I flew out for a few days, and that is exactly what he did. I could not be more happy with the transformation and how his detailed lines are shaded and highlighted just right to create outstanding works of art. He is professional, upright, and straight forward. Does exactly what he says he can do and follows through. His studio is as professional as a doctors office. My wife went with me she was able to work with Joanna who created a wonderful small scribed word for her wrist. She is complimented on it daily. This is a top-shelf outfit, surpassed by none. I could not give a higher recommendation. Quality, Quality, Quality!!!

I have been to a lot of different tattoo places, this one was one of the best experiences yet. I needed a tattoo artist that would be nicely honest and artistically helpful to guide me through my ideas for adding to an existing tattoo. Andy was exactly what I needed, from our first email exchange to the day of appointment, he was engaged, thorough, honest, made suggestions and even told me no (nicely). He was awesome, the shop was clean and everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable the whole way through. Will be using Andy again!!

We've come here for a few tattoos now and always get quality work done! Clean place. Very talented artists.

Professional, super clean, great work!

I just had my first tattoo done by JoAnna! She responded quickly to my emails and listened to the idea I presented to her. The tattoo was to honor my dad that just passed away. The whole experience was wonderful and she captured the vision in my head of what I wanted perfectly. I am so in love with my tattoo! I definitely plan to come back soon for my next tattoo. JoAnna and Andy are amazing artists and fun to chat with and the shop is super clean!

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional artist. I got forearm covered in flowers by Andrew, the lines are clean and the shading is perfect. He pays close attention to detail too and will make sure you like your design about a month before your tattoo appointment. (:

I have a lot of great tattoos, but my backpiece from Andy is my absolute favorite! He’s is an incredible artist, that has a very clean shop, an eclectic selection of music. Fun conversations with him and the other artist, Joanna, help time fly by while in the chair!

My wife and I got color tattoos by Andrew this week to honor our child who we lost in 2020, and we couldn't be any happier with our tattoos! Andrew was extremely professional and easy to talk to. The shop was easily the cleanest either one of us had been tattooed in, which makes your experience feel top notch. We can't wait to come back and add to our collections. Thanks again, Andrew!

I absolutely love my tattoos from this studio! JoAnna’s linework and colors are amazing! The environment is clean, bright and friendly, and I feel very relaxed and comfortable. Looking forward to getting my next piece done soon!!

The vibes at this shop have me coming back again and again!!! Great conversations with the owner Andy and my artist to pass the time. Joanna has done two of my tattoos so far; a tiny detailed mermaid on my ear and a giant tattoo covering almost my entire upper right arm. Her work is AUH-MAZING!! She is the first artist I've found who is talented in her craft AND is a legit creative artist that will help you design that deep seeded tattoo idea you have struggled for months finding a the perfect reference for(she did that for me plus I saw her help a guy out with his idea; it came out so good!!). She is inventive and creative, I already have my next appointment booked for the next big piece ^__^ thank you Joanna, I am super excited for the next session!!!

Once again Andy did a wonderful job!! Himself and his fellow artist are wonderful!!! Great conversation and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful tattoo Andy provided me. I cannot be more happy with his work and professionalism. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend.

Andy is the BEST. He has completed six tattoos for me so far, and I love every one of them! He is thorough in his consult, takes feedback and makes modifications as needed, is personable and easy to talk to, and is amazing and efficient in his work! Highly recommended!

Awesome shop..Andy has done multiple of my tattoos and always does an awesome job. Responds quickly and is sure to get you the design you're looking for. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. I wouldn't go to any other shop.

We both got tattooed by Andy. He probably cares more about you as a customer, how the design will fit and how it will look on your body than anyone Ive seen in Spokane. He's a real pro and he's just not like everyone else who will simply slap a tattoo anywhere. We love our work too. I got tattooed a few months later by JoAnna and she's such a sweetheart with a big smile and heart. Her color work was amazing and now I don't know which one I want to get tattooed from next.

Andrew spoke very inappropriately to me during my tattoo sessions, and it was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Other friends of mine who got tattoo work done with him (we are all young women) had very similar experiences. I definitely don’t recommend him—especially to women.

At first, my mom and I were impressed with the owner’s professionalism and artwork, and we got some pieces done by him. However, it turns out that he’s not very professional in conversation, for he talked about more mature topics in ways that someone 30-40 years older than me should not be saying to me. Friends that had also went there experienced the same thing (these girls are my age, late teens/early twenties) and one of them disclosed to me after a long time that he initiated and engaged in non-consensual inappropriate acts when she got tattooed by him alone. I’m convinced he uses his talent and services for inappropriate purposes and to groom young women. I will never be returning to this shop or recommending it to women.

I absolutely had the best experience! JoAnna has the best energy and she made me feel comfortable on our first meeting when I came in on a whim. My tattoo came out fabulous and I have booked another two with her. I will be coming here for all future tattoos!!!
